Good day steemians and a special regard to our professor @levycore.

First let me give a brief talk about Nft.(Non Fungible Token)

Non Fungible which means cannot be replaced or substituted,nfts indicates special proof of ownership because they have codes which makes them unique and are tracked on the blockchain.

NFT's are not like cryptocurrencies that are exchanged for each other and even if exchanged would not be like the original.

NFT's can be in a form of pictures, video, drawings,writings,audio,trading cards,virtual game etc.
Sites or markets NFT's can be obtained are opensea, rarible, mintable and among others.

1Select the NFT market that you want to buy and sell NFT and why did you choose the market

Opensea
Opensea is a market place for non fungible tokens and also the biggest nft marketplace where a user can buy or sell.

It has a wide range of NFT's of digital art, domain names,utility, sports.

In opensea site users can create and sell their own NFT's by adding social links description,personal profile and logo these nft's can be images, video, audio or 3d art whereas creating nfts on opensea are free.

A user can customise their created nft with properties, statistics and unlockable content. User does not need to sign up with opensea inorder to access it but rather just connect with your wallet and good to go.

Moreover in opensea smart contract triggers transactions between buyers and sellers and not opensea, users hold their own digital arts or collectibles in their wallet connected to opensea based on it supports many sites too sites such as metamask wallet,bitski,fortmatic,portis etc.

Last but not the least opensea has the widest range of nfts collectibles.

2.How to buy NFT

click on opensea.io

Click explore

Select any image(I chose crypto model)

select buy now

For purchase connect to your wallet

3How to sell NFT

For us to sell our nft we will also need to connect to our wallet

** Firstly input opensea.io**

Click create

Click create under my collection

I then proceed to create my nft by giving details of my created nft

Sabolai which is the name of my created nft is done

Scroll down click on "add item" then select add new item

After accept the signing form and set up URL of the nft, input information,properties,description,stat etc

After that I reaccess my collection again tap on my created nft then click sell after giving the price, sales type and other information

Then pay for cost of gas

Advantages of NFT's

a)Newbies can create their own nft collection with ease or stress free as compared to cryptocurrency before coins are created or minted you have to get knowledge of how the blockchain works and also know coding but in opensea may have no background of how the blockchain chain looks like or even coding.
.In opensea it supports connect many wallets and users keep their collectibles in their wallet too.
There is fixed price listing where owners of Nfts sell even though bidders bid lower than this price that particular product will not be sold until that fixed price is attained

Disadvantages
Opensea interface needs to be arranged particularly it's products maybe alphabeetically or orderly way to make it easier to locate users wants rather than scrolling.
There are some slight content imitation
of original owners work on the site.

Conclusion

Opensea has a wide variety of digital asset on its platform which enables or gives it's users many option thereby also enabling other products from other market to be sold.
