CRYPTO COIN AND CRYPTO TOKEN DIFFERENCE

Coin have its own blockchain but tokens are cryptocurrencies , They do not have own blockchain , it runs on another blockchain like shiba inu.

I can provide you the examples of coin and token . The coin example is bitcoin . because it is the first cryptocurrency in the world. And also ethereum , cardano,steem and polygon are the other examples of the coin . Because its all have its own blockchain, they all run their own blockchain. Steem coin is running its own blockchain, so steem is crypto coin.

The exaples of tokens are shiba inu, cellframe token, biswap and blocktopia this are the few examples of the crypto tokens. Because it runs on another blockchains. They don't have their own blockchain. Any body in the world can create tokens from other blockchains. A lots of scams are coming to crypto world is through tokens. Many people thinks that it is a good project and also they thinks that it is a coin, so they will blindly invest in to that token.

• HOW CAN WE UNDERSTAND A CRYPTOCURRECY THAT COIN OR TOKEN ?

  Its simple. You can check that your own. Just go to coinmarketcap website and search the coin in the search bar.

  After that you can search about your coin, here i am taking an example of ethereum. just see that

  There i marked in a yellow highlighted marker. You can see that is a coin. Yes so here we understand that it is a token.
  So check all the coin like this . If it coin or token. And also check their websites ,roadmaps ...etc. So you can understand if it scam or genuine.

  In the next we can check shiba inu is a token or coin . So you need to just go coinmarketcap. and search shiba inu in the search bar.

  

  • So here we can see that the shiba inu is a token . And also we can see that it runs on the ethereum blockchain.

  So DYOR all your coins and only invest if it ok for you, don't invest in blindly with you hard earned money. So DYOR your self and invest. Otherwise don't invest.
