Hello, dear steem friends of this great community of learning. I am really very happy to become a part of this community by completing fixed homework tasks for beginners. Today I am writing the 2nd homework for professor @sapwood which is related to Steem and Tron.

What is PoB?
PoB stands for Proof of Brain, which is used by steem social media blockchain that is Steemit. It is the distribution of giveaways for content creators and curators. The reward awarded by the curator depends on the quality of the content written by the author. These prizes are usually taken from the prize pool and the higher your steem power (SP), the more rewards you can get from the prize pool. For example, Steemcurator01 has more steem power than steemcurator02, so its 100% heal is higher than steemcurator02.
The author creates content in various communities on steemit. For example, I have completed some homework assignments in the Crypto Academy community, multiple teachers checked the quality of the articles and graded me accordingly. The number of upvotes I will get for a post depends on the score it gets. When this article also contains expansive or plagiarized content, the post will be scored zero and downvoted to avoid such action.
The rewards taken from the prize pool are tokens minted from proof of work (PoW) by miners on the blockchain platform. According to Steem's whitepaper, miners began minting Steem tokens at an inflation rate of 9.5% and decreased at a rate of 0.01% for every 250,000 blocks forged, which is about a 0.5% decrease annually.
Not all minted tokens that are in the prize pool go to curators and authors. 65% of rewards go to content creators and curators equally. Witnesses holding blockchain take 10%, steem power holders who have influence in the token market take 15%, and the remaining 10% goes to DAO steem.
What does curation mean to you on Steem Blockchain?
In steemit blockchain, when writers create quality content that is free from all kinds of plagiarism and expansion, the content is voted for by people with great steem power or even by those who are less in number (curators), after reading the article. This up-vote is a form of appreciation given to an author for a job well done and the process of awarding this by a curator is known as curation.
As I have already mentioned, 65% of the steem tokens minted in the prize pool are given to authors and curators, so whenever you select a publication you get the same number of Trons and steem powers as the author, these rewards are earned known as healing gifts. The amount of the Healing Reward depends on the healer's steem power, the higher the steem power, the higher the Healing reward, and vice versa.
In order to choose a content writer, it is very important to pay attention to the following points beforehand;

Check the authenticity of the content. You can use the plagiarism checker to see if an author is excluding or using another author's content. If a restricted article plagiarizes or expands on content, downvotes, moderators or community administrators are notified to flag the post. What are the benefits of building SP?
Steem Power or SP is one of the important parts in the operation of the platform because it is in charge of giving us influence in the blockchain, this means that higher SP holder has greater voting power, but this is not the only advantage to building our SP, we also have:

With high SP, we are able to create a community with a specific purpose while allowing us to support the users who are part of this community and provide them with quality content.
Another benefit of building SP is that we can get TRX, 1 SP equals 1 TRX, which means by receiving healing gifts, we not only increase SP but also increase TRX.
High SP also allows us to be more visible and have more influence on the platform.
How is upvoting explained as good or bad social behavior and why?
Own voice in the publications we make translates into unfavorable or wrong social behavior, because as content writers, we must not be the curators, this significantly interferes with the social interactions that characterize the platform.
We should expect that our publications are voted on by other users, which will help us build a group of followers who support and motivate us every day to continue to create quality and original publications.
The only exception in this case is the so-called Path of Healing, for example, I belong to the Path or Path of Healing, and when that particular Community voted for me, a publication appeared that I chose myself, however, the vote corresponds to the Path of Healing .

What are the different tokens you earn by socializing on Steem Blockchain?
By working at Steem, we have the great advantage of allowing us to socialize, interact, and earn lucrative rewards that value our content. That is why blockchain allows us to earn different tokens like STEEM, SBD SP, TRX.
Steem is a fundamental token, because with it we can create Power Ups to increase our Steem Power, we can transfer it to other users, as well as sell it in the local market.
SBD is a Steem token that we can convert on any Exchange, we get it from the votes we receive in our posts, the goal is to keep the Steem blockchain economy stable.
SP allows us to increase our influence within the platform, it is not transferable, but we can delegate it to other accounts or communities to also support its growth, and it can be converted into steem through Power Dow.
Trx is another token that we also earn through our posting rewards, which are transferred to our tronlink wallet.
For a writer, it could be the following:
SBD + SP (if the debt ratio is less than 9%)
STEEM + SP (if the debt ratio is higher than 10%)
STEEM + SBD + SP (if the debt ratio is between 9% and 10%)
In the case of the Author Award, there are three options:
50% SBD / 50% SP-- 50% SBD and 50% SP
100% Power Up - Full reward on SP

How would you use your earned TRX on Steem Blockchain to optimize profits in the Tron ecosystem?
The TRX I have earned go directly to my Tronlinks wallet where I can also interact with other dapps and make exchanges.
Within the TRON ecosystem, TRX earnings can be optimized:
betting on tron to generate more profit, or also freezing it for a period of time.
To obtain more TRX it is important to make good publications that allow to achieve rewards in this way there will be a gradual increase in both SP and TRX, and that is a good way to optimize them.
