Here I will be completing my task by sharing my little ideas on the asked questions.

Explain in your own words Penny cryptocurrencies. Advantages and disadvantages.

Penny cryptocurrencies

There are multiple token been introduced daily into the crypto market although for a start it values at the price has to be at a very minimal value which is below $1, within some given time interval such coin could rise from below $1 to an incredible amount in value.

So in the crypto space, coins/token that is introduced with tag price value which are below $1 are considered or known as penny cryptocurrencies example of such include Shiba Inu SHIB, Safemoon, Dogecoin and so on.

In general, term penny cryptocurrencies are coins whose makes cap from the initial state are low with their tag price below $1.

Advantages of penny cryptocurrency

1. Low market price; most crypto investors understand the power of small numbers when a new coin will be introduced it price will be relatively low which will allow investors to accumulate such coin at a very low price.

2. rapid movement/growth from adoption; penny currencies attract users with low capital to have opportunities to buy from low price this can make such coin appreciate rapidly as more people will be interested in buying such coin.

3. Boost investors portfolio; if an investor is lucky enough to buy a newly launched penny cryptocurrency from day one of inception there is a high chance of getting a double or triple return of his bought investment.

Disadvantages of penny cryptocurrencies

1. Price reversal; There is a high chance for penny currency to have price reversal and from such an investor is likely to lose all his investment.

2. Market liquidity; since most penny cryptocurrency has a low market cap it market movement can be very high and sometimes unpredictable.

The coin has attracted multiple prominent investors and has been listed in multiple exchanges.
With this massive adoption from investors and holders increasing daily I believe the coin will surge in price and make an incredible all-time high.

Recently safemoon launch its new wallet for users to safely hold the wallet and make a transaction the team is working tirelessly and new users are buying the coin daily which shows there is a high chance of safemoon becoming the best token in 2021.

Comparing the price of XRP in late 2020 till date there has been a significant increase in the price of the token which means there have been more users/investors that have recently ventured into purchasing more ripple for price increment.

Since I'm a day trader I normally take advantage of the market from the chart above there seems to be much market movement which means I will wait for the market to further fall below 1.5 before opening any position.

For long-term trading, XRP is a very good token to invest in there are predictions the coin can break a new all-time high above $5.

Base on my point of view I see XRP and a good investment coin that has good future potentials for its investors.

#Shiba coin has been a major trending coin in the market lately as a trader I had to invest some $ into buying a few Shiba tokens since the price is very low.

Shiba is an ERC20 token using ethereum smart contract blockchain which serves as a security for the token the coin has a very good whitepaper which from their whitepaper the team will be introducing its platform uniswap exchange which will be used for providing the token with more liquidity also there is an additional token which can be staked using shiba token in it exchange pool.

The coin is ranked #27 according to Coimarketcap it has a trading daily volume of over $2 billion and has a market dominance of 31% it has a total market supply of 1,000,000,000,000,000 and a circulating supply of 394,796,000,000,000.

Earlier this week I bought 1.2 million units of Shiba token at $26 although due to market circumstances and the ethereum CEO selling off the majority of his Shiba token there has been decreasing in the price of Shiba lately although its price has been coming up lately.

Step followed

Before buying the Shiba coin I did some basic research about the coin since to my finding binance and Kucoin were listing/trading Shiba coin so I used the opportunity to buy using few dollars.

Conclusion
Investing in penny currency can be very risky it's advisable for interested investors to always use spare capital and make necessary research about any project before investing.
