Crypto Academy Week 10: Homework Post for Crypto professor @fendit | Make your cryptocurrencies work for you#

Hello there, and welcome to week two of the crypto class. Thanks to @steemitblog for putting together such an interesting initiative, I'll be working on my professor @fendit's homework assignment this week.

What is your risk aversion, and which of these products appeals to you the most, and why?
As an average investor, I must carefully select my investment strategy, as any unprofitable loss of funds could result in the liquidation of my asset.

Because the sole motive of an investor is to generate profit, only the whales in the market can occasionally manipulate market movement, and because my investment asset is not that large, I choose to be very conservative when it comes to taking a risk.
Conservative risk tolerance also means that an investor must be very diligent when purchasing new investment plan assets in the market. For example, before purchasing a newly launched crypto coin project, an investor must conduct adequate research, including looking into the project teams, market potential supply, and circulation rate of such coin.

In general, my risk aversion means that I am cautious about taking chances when it comes to any investment or trading role I take.

Why did I choose a risk tolerance that was more conservative?
It's a simple analogy in the market: the more risk you take in any investment, the more capital/fund you're likely to put into it, and the higher the risk of losing money.

As an investor with a conservative risk tolerance, I need to conduct some important technical/fundamental analysis before taking any calculated risk in entering a trading position.
Also, I need to know what/who is behind any coin I buy on the market before I buy it, so conservative tolerance risk helps me reduce/minimize the risk of losing money on an investment.

Explain the differences between fixed and flexible savings, high-risk products, and launch pools in your own words.
Fixed saving is a process in which an investor decides to lock up some of his assets/cryptos in a desired exchange/wallet for a set period of time, with the return generating a bonus for locking up the funds. The investor's generated reward will be distributed equally according to his deposited locked fund at the expiration of the fixed date.

Flexible saving differs from fixed savings in that an investor can withdraw his staked capital at any time by redeeming his generated reward.

High-risk products; This investment strategy may involve a high risk of a fund being as profitable as it appears, but an investor may lose more money or capital in this type of investment.
Additionally, this type of investment provides investors with more capital.

Staking pools are platforms where investors can stake their crypto asset and be rewarded in exchange. Investing in a specific coin and staking it will provide the investor with additional benefits.

Show and explain how to use Binance to set up the investment you want. If you don't use Binance as your exchange, let us know what other options you have and we'll simulate the Binance investment process for you.
I'll demonstrate how to set up a flexible saving plan on the Binance trading app using the app.

Click on your Binance wallet after you've successfully logged into your account.

From the wallet at the top right corner select earn.

Choose the amount of BTC or USDT you want to use for a fixed, versatile, or high-risk investment by clicking on the buy product button. If you have sufficient crypto balance, you can easily transfer funds to your earning wallet and begin earning immediately.

You have the option of choosing either a fixed or adjustable earn after a profitable asset transfer or purchase. I'll come to a halt here because I don't have enough balance in my Binance app.

To continue earning, once you've funded your earning wallet, you can choose to start earning in one of three ways: fixed, flexible, or high risk, depending on your preferences.

An investor can select the most appropriate plan and begin earning immediately.
