Pero como vimos en la anterior clase, este proceso puede consumirnos grande costos a nivel económico, por lo que no es rentable para muchas personas. Pero como el ser humano siempre encuentra una solución, emergen en el mundo de las criptomonedas lo que llaman: Cloud Mining.

But as we saw in the previous class, this process can consume large costs at an economic level, so it is not profitable for many people. But as human beings always find a solution, they emerge in the world of cryptocurrencies what they call: Cloud Mining.
Luego de mi investigación, pude entender que esta Cloud Mining o Minería en la Nube, es la forma más practica para comenzar a minar criptomonedas. Dado que, no todos contamos con los recursos necesarios para aplicar la minería de hardware, ya sean equipos ASIC o acceso a grandes cantidades de energía.
Mediante esta forma cualquier mortal puede realizar un contrato con aquellas empresas que si tengan los recursos apropiados para realizar este proceso, adquiriendo mediante este contrato un parte del poder de computo o poder de hash que ofrecen y así obtener ganancias, dependiendo siempre de la cantidad que invirtió en ellos.
Fácil ¿no?. Como futuros mineros de criptmonenadas solo tendríamos que registrarnos en una de estas empresas que ofrecen este servio de Cloud Mining, seleccionar el contrato que más nos beneficie y comprar el poder computacional para tener esas ganancias, retirándolas al final en nuestra Wallet de preferencia.
After my research, I could understand that this Cloud Mining is the most practical way to start mining cryptocurrencies. Since, not all of us have the necessary resources to apply hardware mining, either ASIC equipment or access to large amounts of energy.
By this way any mortal can make a contract with those companies that do have the appropriate resources to perform this process, acquiring through this contract a part of the computing power or hashing power they offer and thus obtain profits, always depending on the amount invested in them.
Easy, isn't it? As future cryptocurrency miners we would only have to register in one of these companies that offer this Cloud Mining service, select the contract that most benefits us and buy the computational power to have those profits, withdrawing them at the end in our Wallet of preference.
Existe un ALTO RIESGO al adentrarnos en este mundo. La mayoría de las compañías que ofrecen este servicio o contratos en minera de criptomonedas a los usuarios, son fraudulentas. Gran parte de ellas se aprovechan de los principiantes con poco conocimiento en esta área para ofrecerles contratos basados en un Esquema Ponzi, que no es más que una forma de estafa para atraer a nuevos inversionistas (por lo general principiantes), prometiendoles ganar cantidades enormes de dinero y luego que estos realizan la inversión utilizan este dinero para pagarle a antiguos inversionistas, dejando a los nuevos sin ningún tipo de ganancias.
Por lo que, la mayoría de estas compañías no minan ningún tipo de criptomoneda, solo estafan a los que no tienen tanto manejo de información sobre estos temas. Por lo que se debe tener mucho cuidado si se quiere realizar esta forma de mineria digital, investigando apropiadamente aquella compañía en la que daremos nuestros fondos, de preferencia que se encuentre acreditada.
Un indicador par saber si una compañía de Cloud Mining es fraudulenta, es si nos ofrecen ganar cantidades enormes de dinero, en muy poco tiempo y sin ningún esfuerzo. Inmediatamente debemos sospechar, puesto que esta forma de minar criptomonedas requiere paciencia y tiempo.
There is a HIGH RISK when entering this world. Most of the companies that offer this service or cryptocurrency mining contracts to users are fraudulent. Most of them take advantage of beginners with little knowledge in this area to offer them contracts based on a Ponzi Scheme, which is nothing more than a form of scam to attract new investors (usually beginners), promising them to earn huge amounts of money and after they make the investment they use this money to pay old investors, leaving the new ones without any profits.
So, most of these companies do not mine any type of cryptocurrency, they only scam those who do not have much information about these issues. So you should be very careful if you want to perform this form of digital mining, properly researching that company in which we will give our funds, preferably that is accredited.
An indicator to know if a Cloud Mining company is fraudulent, is if they offer us to earn huge amounts of money, in a very short time and without any effort. Immediately we should be suspicious, since this way of mining cryptocurrencies requires patience and time.
What are the best cloud mining platforms ?
Existen muchas plataformas que ofrecen este servicio, sin embargo a mi parecer, las siguientes cuentan con las mejores características para usuarios principiantes.
Genesis Mining:Una de las principales y más conocidas (desde el 2013), al ser de las plataformas más seguras, que como usuarios podemos encontrar. Diversos usuarios han confirmado que realmente realiza Cloud Mining y no es un fraude, dándonos la opción de minar las siguientes criptomonedas: Bitcoin, Ethereum, Zcash, Monero, Litecoin y Dash. Contando también con diversos contratos entre los que podemos elegir, teniendo un total de 16 forma de unirnos a esta plataforma según nuestro presupuesto y preferencias. Una de las mejores opcione y con antecedentes legales y seguros.
ScryptCube Cloud Mining: En el 2021 se ha posicionado tambien, como una de las mejores, dado su fácil manejo. Ademas de contar con equipos avanzados y ofreciendo contratos que se ajustan al presupuesto del usuario que van desde 1.90$ a 4$ aproximadamente. Brindando a los usuarios la opción de comprobar el funcionamiento de la plataforma a bajos costos y decidir luego si deseamos invertir más en ella. Actualmente trabaja con BTC, pero un futuro incluirá la minería de Ethereum.
StormGain: Con esta plataforma podemos tener acceso a las opciones que ofrece el hardware de mineria BTC y sin vernos en la necesidad de agotar la batería de nuestro teléfono inteligente o computadora, ya que utiliza la velocidad de minado almacenada en la nube, la cual depende también de la cantidad de usuarios. Distribuye las ganancias equitativamente cada 30 o 40 min a los usuarios. Luego de alcanzar los 10$ en BTC, las ganancias se abonan a nuestra propia cuenta. Esta plataforma solo esta disponible para minar BTC y cuenta con los equipos adecuados, un sistema de atención al cliente y pagos que son estables.
There are many platforms that offer this service, however, in my opinion, the following ones have the best features for beginner users.

No es necesario tener una cantidad enorme de fondos o activos para comenzar a optar por los servicios de cualquier plataforma de Cloud Mining, por lo que podemos acceder con inversiones pequeñas a los beneficios que puede darnos un hardware de minería mediante un contrato establecido.
Nos ahorramos bastante dinero, que implicaría adquirir los recursos necesarios, así como el pago de su mantenimiento y funcionamiento adecuado.
También estaríamos previniendo cualquier accidente que pueda presentarse en el lugar decidamos mantener los equipos, ya que estos tienden a estar en funcionamiento las 24 horas del día/noche, y si no se cuenta con las medidas adecuadas podrían ocasionarse apagones inesperados o en el peor de los casos, incendios.
Nos brinda la oportunidad de generar ganancias en el mundo de las criptomonedas, integrándonos a la nueva economía tecnológica y adaptarnos a la mejor opción de contratos que podamos encontrar, dándonos tiempo para investigar sobre las diferentes plataformas y decidir cual es la que nos conviene.

Desventajas/ Disadvantages
Una GRAN desventaja es que la mayoría de plataformas no cuenta con un respaldo legal y seguro de beneficiar al usuario. Por lo general tienden a ser fraudulentas, teniendo un nivel de desconfianza por parte de muchos usuarios del mundo criptográfico. De hecho, no muchos recomiendan este tipo de minería, mucho menos si somos novatos por lo que si estamos interesados, debemos conocer a profundidad estas plataformas.
No todo lo que brilla es oro. Existe un alto riesgo de perder nuestra inversión, por lo que es muy necesario no confiar en aquellas plataformas que nos ofrecen ganancias exageradas que no se corresponden con la inversión que nos piden o el contrato que nos ofrecen. Incluso debemos tener cuidado con los blogs u otros usuarios que nos las recomienden, puesto que es posible que estos mismos este asociados a las estafas de las plataformas.
A BIG disadvantage is that most platforms do not have a legal and secure backing to benefit the user. Generally they tend to be fraudulent, having a level of distrust by many users of the cryptographic world. In fact, not many recommend this type of mining, much less if we are novices, so if we are interested, we must know these platforms in depth.
Not all that glitters is gold. There is a high risk of losing our investment, so it is very necessary not to trust those platforms that offer us exaggerated profits that do not correspond to the investment they ask us or the contract they offer us. We must even be careful with blogs or other users who recommend them to us, since it is possible that they are associated with the scams of the platforms.
La Minería en la nube es una forma fácil y accesible para minar criptomonedas sin tener que preocuparnos de la enorme cantidad de recursos tecnológicos, económicos y ambientales que esto normalmente tiene implicito. Sin embargo, no debemos cegarnos ante estos beneficios y no buscar más información sobre estas plataformas.
Aunque algunas pocas cuenten con un respaldo seguro, la mayoría de ellas son fradulentas, por lo que puedo concluir de mi investigación que no es recomendable hacer alguna inversión de nuestros activos en estas plataformas si no tenemos los conocimiento e información necesaria, tanto del mundo de las criptomonedas como de la confiabilidad de la plataforma a la que queramos acceder.

Cloud mining is an easy and affordable way to mine cryptocurrencies without having to worry about the enormous amount of technological, economic and environmental resources that this usually involves. However, we should not be blinded by these benefits and not seek more information about these platforms.
Although some few have a secure backing, most of them are fraudulent, so I can conclude from my research that it is not advisable to make any investment of our assets in these platforms if we do not have the necessary knowledge and information, both the world of cryptocurrencies and the reliability of the platform we want to access.
