Season 2 Week 3: Trading and Holding | By @maazmoid123
Hello Everyone, so today I invite you all to read my today homework which I am going to make on the Trading and Holding subjet which is given by Professor @alphafx.
To be honest, I have never held any coin, as I have never invested in this business, as I don't have much knowledge about that crypto world and the only coins I have are the ones STEEM, STEEM dollar, and Tron. And you can say in a sense that I am holding them as I didn't touch them for 4 months and I am waiting for the right time I think. And yeah I am holding them in the STEEMIT wallet. I am also planning to invest in this business once I have good knowledge about this crypto world to make fewer losses.
Now I think I am using the paper wallet as STEEMIT also provide a paper with keys and Qr codes but if you asked me that what wallet I will prefer, so I will say the hardware wallet because the funds in that are not easily accessible and there is almost no chance for it to be hacked as it is an offline wallet.
So as I am only registered on Binance so I am gonna show you that how to perform spot trading from the Binance trading.
So firstly I have transferred the STEEM to the Binance from the deposit wallet.
And now as I have 5 STEEM in my Binance wallet.
Now I will do trading from STEEM/BTC or STEEM/ETH
So then we will go to trade, there at the bottom, we can see the spot trading option, so there we will set the limit and then buy the BTC, or the STEEM from BTC.
As that 5 STEEM were not enough to buy the BTC, otherwise the transaction should have shown below:
It mostly depends on the time, but you ask me now so I will do Holding, as holding will give me more outcome than if I do trading now. Both Holding and trading have risks but I think Holding has less risk and is more effective. As I have also have seen some of my friends who had DogeCoin and any other coins and they were holding it for some years and now they are in 1000% of the profit on which they bought that coin.
So I prefer Holding if I didn't need money at the moment.
Conclusion:
So this week's lecture was a good one and I definitely learn to trade and holding and I should say if you decide to hold then you should also have something in your hands that will run your house and if you decide to trade so do it efficiently.
