Yes, I think security tokens are both secure and reliable, given the fact that they can be used to secure access to a network, system or application.
You are absolutely right, security-based tokens are definitely safer and more efficient than other tokens, moreover STO also runs on a decentralized blockchain which makes it even more reliable, no transactions can be manipulated or changed, it can only be updated.
And yes, we have to be really careful before making any investment, read the history and features offered, maybe STOs are currently developing but in some countries, this is still in the process of being legalized.
