I want to greet all my favorite community #SteemitCryptoAcademy and our dear professor @alpahfx who devotes his time and wisdom to teach us more and more about the world of cryptocurrencies in this task we will talk about the algorithms something so important and that is spoken so little, we will expand on one of them the capacity test algorithm which today is in a process of consolidation and acceptance by large mining companies I hope they take it for the future so decrease the high electricity consumption in the world.



Consensus algorithm


The consensus algorithm are those algorithms that work with a mutual agreement of all parties equally, works in the blockchain network that allows the network to solve sophisticated mathematical problems and difficult to solve in the decentralized world this technology without this protocol would be fatal would be useless. It does not have any kind of owner since everyone works in sets of interconnected nodes well distributed in this way everyone does his job as it should be without obstacles thus allowing to ensure that the protocol of data confirmations is respected and then can be rewarded for this.



Definition of Proof of Capability

this algorithm works with block based spaces in any operating system once it is used it can be easily deleted to be used in other activities, it is used to store possible solutions for such complex mathematical equations once you check the amount of possible solutions it gives the time which is measured in seconds to solve a block faster from here is where the blocks are distributed to be mined and get rewards.



General objective of the capability test


Allows the operator to install it on any device using the same operating system for the solutions.

Authenticates POC capacity test data for the system analyzes and sends the block to the fastest one.

uses the device's free space to store more solutions the more space it has the faster and more efficient it is.

is prone to malware attacks so we need to fix that little problem as it can hurt mining.



WHAT IS CAPACITY TESTING USED FOR?


It is used to solve a current problem is as if it were mining 2.0 because it allows less power consumption more stability in the test systems work by storing information that will help solve problems much faster this means that it will be about 30 times more economical than a Chinese ASIC machine, this system works in the blockchain system in a network of nodes all connected.

The more space you have the more capacity you will have to solve problems so you will be able to mine more, this means that we can have the same amount of hash as an ASIC but with more hard disk and it is much cheaper than these and they are not scarce nowadays.



Capacity test function


when we talk about mining we know that the hashes are very important because the more we have the higher the speed and gains for us these hard drives normally store 8192 hashes which is a very good number this power is numbered from 0 to 8191 called NONCE and they are paired in numbers from 0,1= 0 2,3= 1 so on and so forth to complete an organized record.

a very practical example is that if for example the miner wants to calculate if it is for example 87 the miner or node will look for the Nonce 1 to start the operation and so on until he gets it once he has it he will send the information to the network and if they have any block available this is given to him to be solved.

once it has the solution of the block it is remunerated with a profit which each miner obtains when solving a block.



EXAMPLE:


Each miner has a time limit of 15 seconds to solve a capacity test block, he starts working and sends the information to the network, this network sends the block to be forged and the miner starts his work in 15 seconds, he delivers it and the system gives him a benefit already stipulated and if the miner has time to continue forging, he would be given another block and so on...

No need to upgrade

hard drives are recyclable can be used for other activities



The main problems


There is not much information on the web about how to install the files and when money is earned.

virus infections are prone to infect mining

when a boom occurs hard drives will go up in price due to the large FOMO

We talked about the importance of capacity testing activities the main problems and the advantages that these generate we can also be clear that with a correct administration we can work very well with this system decreasing the environmental containment by high mining for example of ASICs we also discovered a cleaner way of mining and how capacity algorithms work thank you all very much I hope to see you in a next task thank you professor.
