What is PoB

PoB is simply referred to as Proof of brain in the steemit blockchain. This is the distribution of author and curation rewards. Through the proof of brain, authors are rewarded by curators through upvotes.
The author and curator both get an equal payment of 50%/50% that comes from the reward pool.

All the users of the steemit blockchain have a token called Steem power which is the major basis of influence on the platform. The more Steem power one has, the more influence they have on steemit blockchain.

It is only originality that is embraced and ideally supported on the steemit blockchain because it clearly brings out the proof of brain.

Upvote: An upvote is the distribution of rewards. When you upvote a post, you can see the payout distribution split into sp, trx and sbd.

Downvote: A downvote is the redistribution of rewards. When you downvote, the rewards return to to the pool depending on the influence the curators have.

What does curation mean to you?
A curator is a person who adds weight on an author’s post by upvoting. The payout lasts for 7days then it gets distributed among the curator and the author.
In curation, voting power is very important because it influences your curation rewards .

Meaning of curation
• Read through a post carefully
• Check for Proof of Brain
• Make sure the content is valuable
• Incase there is any plagiarism, indicate the post to the concerned community.
• Upvote if the content is useful
• Resteem the content so that your followers can access it.

What are the benefits of building your Steem power

• Building your Steem power, enables you have much more influence on the steemit blockchain.

• Building Steem power is a way of long term investing because you save your tokens and when you need them, it takes you a period of 4 weeks to get it back to Steem.

• Building your Steem power adds weight to your account hence making it more valuable.

Building SP also saves us from hackers because the powering down process takes 4 weeks so it becomes hard for them to hack your tokens.

How do you explain self upvote as a good or bad behavior and give reasons as to why
Self upvote means simply upvoting your own content. It is not a good behavior because you are cheating the rewards that have to be shared between the author and the curators. All the rewards go to you do it becomes cheating.

What are the different tokens you earn by socializing in the steemit blockchain?

When you socialize I’m the steemit blockchain, you are entitled to 4 tokens which are;
• Tron
• Steem
• Steem dollars
• Steem power

Tron
Tron is earner equally when Steem power is received. The payout comes with an equal TRX and SP especially when the post rewards are set to 100%

Steem dollars
This is a liquid token with a stable currency value. Steem dollars can be traded with Steem and transferred to another account for exchange. They can as well be transferred to Steem.

Steem
Steem can be converted to steep power and increase influence on the steemit platform. You can as well transform it to any other currencies of your choice buy selling or buying it.

Steem power
Is a token that indicates your influence on the platform. The more Steem power you posses, the more valuable your account gets.

How would you use your TRX earned in the Steemit blockchain to optimize earnings in the Tron ecosystem.

TRX is the token for Tron blockchain which is important in the tron ecosystem. You can optimize earnings in the tron ecosystem through freezing your TRX and still get payed.

In Conclusion, the PoB is a very important aspect on the steemit blockchain because it helps your content get curated.
It is important to have enough or high Steem power so that you can gain a large following and a high valuable account.
