As we all know that cryptocurrency is now among the top trending in the web3 and this crypto is just a digital currency that uses algorithm and is secured by cryptography and portfolio can be said to be a piece of paper containing some good information of someone. So from what I have defined above.

Cryptocurrency portfolio can be seen as a wallet that contains digital assets and it's owned by an investor, it's an asset holder . So this simply means, the combination of all the coins you own in your wallet are together seen as cryptocurrency portfolio. This is just like the normal portfolio we have, the piece of paper that contains informations that speaks good about use, the information represents us any where it goes, likewise the crypto portfolio.

To a layman understanding, To diversify means to increase the number of something into many places while concentrate means to focus on one particular thing and pay a good attention to it.
Now coming down to the question above, what is diversified and concentrated portfolio cryptocurrency?
Diversified portfolio when it comes to cryptocurrency can be seen as having many digital asset in different places, in divers ways, or the process of spreading you assets in different places and this helps to reduce the risk of lost in cryptocurrency.
Concentrated Portfolio in crypto means to own your asset in one place as this may have a higher risk of lost.
To me I'll prefer the diversified portfolio as it reduces the risk I have in losing and increases my ways of profiting in crypto.
I want to use the outside world example to explain this, when a business man has many businesses, he is at a safer hand because if any of his business should collapse, he still have many of it to profit from and won't regret much for the lost but when he has only one, believe me, he's at a very big risk. The business is not safe, anything can happen at anytime, boom! and that will be all.

Asset holder in cryptocurrency means to hold a very large amount of cryptocurrency with the interest of making large profit from the investment.
Currently in my portfolio I hold no crypto for now, but in some months to come, am planning to startup and become an investor.

What Is Staking in Cryptocurrency

Staking means to invest into crypto or to lockup your holds in crypto in order to earn more interest from it.

Which Do You Prefer, Holding Or Staking?

To me I prefer being a holder because holders make more bigger profit than staking, because holding an asset in crypto involves investing big in it, you invest large amount of money, so your reward or earning will also come in bulk. But one disadvantages of Holding an asset is there is high because cryptocurrency is something that fluctuates it's price, so when market is so low or poor, you loose a very big amount of money. But one secret in business is if you want to profit from it, risk your money and invest big, that is when your profit will return big. So I prefer investing big and holding an asset in crypto and expect something big in return.
