You did not go very well in explaining the first question.
The difference between the two mechanisms could be further explained by providing an illustration.

Hello @kouba01 the 27 steem I transferred to kingcent was first transferred to me by kingcent which there is a business we did and I asked him to pay with steem. The business did not work so I transferred back his 27 steem to him.
The 18 steem to deepcrypto8 was earlier transferred before the initiation of club5050.
