you have described in a good way and try your best to describe this blog and all the possible answers of these questions but your knowledge is little according to me and as the requirement because require some more depth and its good that you tried this challenge rather than missing it and thinking about it that you don't have information about it
If I talk about your first question then it was a little bit confusing when you talk about creation of the platform and reward system at that time but soon all things becomes smooth and understandable for me and after that you talk about the benefit of reward system which is still in use and it is convergent reward curve and I agree with all the benefits of this system
I am happy that you have a preference about community curation just like many of the users you have the same choice and you have given the most good and the most valued reasons but you can go in more depth in this answer I am again saying but still I wish you good luck and a lot of success and a bundle of prayers for you
