Hello steemians, I want to sincerely thank our Professor @levycore for his time and effort in treating this topic for easy clearification. *How to buy and sell NFTs in any NFT market, is basically on practical aspect presented by @justiceanietie.

An overview on NFT
NFT is a non- fungeable tokens. NFT represent unique tangible and intangible items from collectible sport cards to see real estates and digital sneakers. NFT represent wide range of digital assets. It lives on blockchain and equally represent other data. What you should know is that, NFT is easy to track and it allows for easy verification and authentic history as well l as owners. In using NFT, there is absent of frauds.
For the purpose of this assignment, I will be using opensea as my case study to showcase the practical on how to buy and sell NFT.

HOW TO BUY NFT USING OPENSEA

• open your browser, on the search bar type in the web address "opensea.io"

• Locate and click on explore

• make your choice on the NFT asset you wish to buy by clicking on filter.

• Open it and select buy now

• select signin and connect to your crypto wallet.

• make a payment. Am connecting my metermask wallet to opensea.

How to sell NFT at opensea

• Open the front page, select create

• A new new window will open, add the digital wallet that will be sold in the collection first. Select create to create a new collection

*Next sellect add new item

Advantages of NFT

1. It helps users can use the blockchain to verify their authentication, NFT has an edge over real world collectables.
2. It lower the cost of investors by allowing the buying and selling of assets in a decentralized manner without a third party.
3. NFT helps to solve inflationary problems
4. Since buyers can gain access to the asset, I can say that it support real ownership.

Disadvantages

1. NFTs build on decentralized network by developers are not user friendky
2. It does not support inclusion and sometimes influtes assets price. Note; NFT are not visible like bitcoins
3. Investing in NFT could be speculative and highly risky

Conclusion
This article explained how Opensea marketplace uses NFT. NFT are turning out to be an exciting offshoot of the crypto and block chain industry.what I will encourage one to do is to keep watch and wait to see if NFTs lives up to hype and become a significant part of the future collectible market. The ability is there, though the trend is and exciting thing to watch out.
