The objective of the Victor OJay Crypto Voting project is to study and develop a new electronic voting system integrated with one or more electoral event management procedures (setting up the system, distributing credentials, voting, collecting ballot papers, counting preferences, publication of the results, etc.), through the use of two linked Block chains, of the One-Way Pegged Side chain type: one to register the eligible voters and the voting operation of the voters, the other to count the votes assigned to the various candidates (result).
