First the user @joemuk, posted his post before the entry time, but without any content related to the assignment, placing only the word "Hello ", to make sure to enter before the time and be graded. On the other hand, this same user controls the @joemuknic account, performing the same as with his main account, posting before the entry time with only the word "Hello ", all in order to also manage to get reviewed and additional squeeze the bounty pool unfairly.

How is it unfairly, explain because it is not in the rules that we can't Edit OK, everybody edit especially when the person plagiarize so i don't understand.
Secondly the second account is my brother who i was like let him participate in something that day because his account has been dormant because of school.
