It’s another week’s edition of this seasons crypto academy having read your lecture notes thoroughly and doing my own research I would say @stream4u you did a wonderful job explaining into details and also making it very easy to understand it’s my fervent wish you continue to take us through this lectures.
Below is my submission of the assignment post given by our professor.

What is Crypto Margin Trading?

Crypto margin trading is when an investor is trading with is trading with more funds than they actually have this cannot be done unless the investor has funds that the exchange will hold as collateral this is quite similar to borrowing money from the banks. People or investors actually see margin trading as a way of making quick wealth, well I don’t blame them because investors can make a lot of profits from margin trading for example an investor can choose to between 1x to 125x profits to gain. In margin trading it is advised that we go for smaller profits at a time if you want to get rich quick you will end up losing everything. With margin trading investors can get richer easily and can also get poorer very fast because the least mistake you make and all your invested money is gone it is also advised that you should have vast knowledge in the trading market before you opt for it in Crpyto Margin trading leverages can range from 1x up to 125X for example when a trader or an investor choose a 5X margin trading. The amount of money the investor can trade with will be multiplied by 5 for example I have $10 and choose a 5x margin trading this means I have $50 to trade with. If the investor is successful with his or her trade the profit is equal to the leverage selected likewise if a loss is acquired.

HOW TO PLAN FOR TRADING IN CRYPTO MARGIN

Firstly, before an investor can be successful in margin trading you have to vast knowledge in the trading market that means you familiarize your self the crypto currencies, the trends of the some key terms in margin trading like up or bull or down or bull.
Secondly, you must not let your emotions cloud your judgments this means when you invest in margin trading and you don’t get the right outcome you should not react out of anger and invest again because decisions made out of anger aren't always right instead you need to take a break and clear your mind before doing anything else.

Thirdly, investors should not be greedy and want to get rich quick you must try make smaller profits at a time so its highly advised you make a short investment
Also, don’t invest all your capital invest what you can afford to loss , 100% profit is not guaranteed in trading so if you invest all your capital and you loss all it sometimes make people commit suicide.

WHAT IS LEVERAGED TOKEN TRADING?

Leverage tokens helps investors to be able to do leverage trading in the crypto market leverage tokens are not built for the investor to own for a very long time since they cannot be withdraw into any wallet their primary aim is to trade with expert-ism is required in leverage trading the risk level in leverage trading is relatively low whiles profits level is high only when you know what you are doing.

HOW DO YOU PLAN FOR LEVERAGE TRADING

● As I said earlier you need to be well educated about leverage trading before you start
● Always invest low meaning invest what you can afford to lose
● Set your target when you set your target and you are able to accomplish it I advise you stop.
● Decide on the crypto currencies to invest and study the trends of it before you invest

(This is similar question from last course, take any Crypto Assets Chart graph, as per its current price and its market trend predict its future price for only next week, what will be its future price for next 1 week.You can predict for any direction up or down but explain it properly on what basis you have predicted the price. What will be the possible low level and high level fornext week.).

PRICE FORECASTING OF ETHEREUM

Looking at the screenshot above on Thursday 29th of April 2021 the price of ETH was $2732.48 with volume of $33407200193 within 48hrs there was an increase of the price from $2732.48 to $2823.72 with volume of $30442 934818 as you can see below

ETH began to increase vastly day in day out as of now the price of ETH is $3588.695

My Prediction for the next week is looking at the trend at which ETH is rising I believe there is going to be an in increase of up to $4000

CONCLUSION

Margin trading is indeed a way to make huge profits but if not done correctly you can also gain a lot of losses so I advise you do you homework well before opting for margin trading thank you professor for this wonderful lecture I have indeed learnt a lot.
