Its another week of this season crypto academy last week we talked about bandwidth and energy this week we discussed liquidity mining. I must commend our professor @sapwood for this wonderful lecture. After reading the lectures notes to my understanding and doing research, I present my assignment.

QUESTION 1

HOW DO YOU CONNECT YOUR TRONLINK WALLET TO SUN.IO?

To answer this questions I would advise that you download your Tronlink app on your phone because I would be doing everything on my phone, you can download by clicking HERE.

• After you are done downloading you app, open the app and navigate to browser located below.

• Paste this LINK on the search button and search.

• The wallet is automatically connected to verify whether its connected click on the 4 lines at the top corner

• When you see this it means your wallet is connected.

QUESTION 2

WHAT ARE THE DIFFRENT LIQUIDITY MINING POOLS WHICH ONE OFFERS THE HIGHEST APY HOW MANY DIFFRENT REWARDS DO I GET BY STAKING LP TOKEN?

According to the sun liquidity mining pool there are 9 mining pools below is a tabulated mining pools and the APY they provide

Looking at the table the one with the highest APY is SUNOLD-TRX LP with 36.36% APY

how many rewards do i get by staking LP token?

there are currently 5 rewards you can get when you stake lp token namely TRX, SUNOLD, JST, WIN and BTT

QUESTION 3

HOW DO YOU OBTAIN LP TRON BY ADDING LIQUIDITY IN JUSTSWAP? WHAT IS THE QUANTITY (EXPLORE THROUGH YOUR WALLET)

• Go back to your TRONLINK app and navigate to browser

• select justswap

• switch to pool and click on add liquidity

• choose your pair and enter amount, and click on supply confirm by inputting your password

THE QUANTITY OF LP OBTAINED WAS 2.5572USDT/TRX

You can clearly see that the bandwidth consumed was 383 and energy consumed was 60902, 8.48092TRX was burnt for energy.

QUESTION 4

HOW DO I STAKE LP TOKEN TO EARN FIVE DIFFRENT TOKENS ON SUN.IO?

• Once again open your TRONLIK app navigate to browser

• click on the sun.io

• select USDT-TRX since I added liquidity using those particular tokens

• click on max and stake

• sign into your wallet to confirm

you ca clearly see the five different tokens TRX, JST, WIN, BTT, SUN

QUESTION 5

WHICH REWARD OUT OF THE FIVE CAN BE WITHDRAWN AT ANY TIME? AND HOW CAN YOU CLAIM THAT REWARD?

Now out of the five rewards the one you can withdraw at any time is sun the other rewards are only withdrawn on weekly basis.

• We already know how to navigate to sun so link your tronlink to sun.io and select the USDT- TRX LP and click on manage

• switch to claim and select claim

• enter your password to confirm

successfully claimed

WHAT IS THE SCHEDULE OF UNLOCKING THE MINING REWARDS? INDICATE THE TOTAL UNDISTRIBUTED/DISTRIBUTED MINING REWARDS IN THE SCREENSHOT

As i said earlier on its only the sun reward that can be withdrawn at any time whiles the rest of the 4 will only be available in 24weeks time

Include the real example of your interaction with Justswap and Sun.io as required in this task? Indicate how a "stake"(in Sun.io) function consumes different "Energy & Bandwidth" than "obtaining LP token" (in Justswap)? You should add/remove a small amount of liquidity to obtain/redeem your LP token(as little as 1 USDT worth)? (Screenshots needed)

if you look at the transaction you will see that 313 bandwidth was consumed also you can also see that 89516 energy was consumed whiles 12.5321TRX was burnt.

COMPARISM

Now if you look closely at the transactions you can see that the energy consumed in sun.io is 89516 whiles in justswap it is 60902 which means sun.io consumes more energy lets look at the bandwidth 313 and 383 bandwidth was consumed respectively meaning sun.io consumes high energy than justsawp but justsawp consumes higher bandwidth than sun.io

QUESTION 8

How do I unstake LP token and claim mining rewards(Sun.io)?

• Open your app and connect to sun.io and select MANGE on the liquidity mining pool USDT-TRX LP

• switch to claim, click on max and select claim and unstake

• enter your password to confirm transaction
