MY HOMEWORK TASK:

1.- Explain in detail the PoH of Solana.

Solana

Solana is one of the most recently used single layer blockchain of a very high speed, which provides the most Fastest And grabbing a very high transaction amount per second which is very different from other blockchain projects.

Proof Of History (PoH)

Proof of history is very helpful in Making the work of a blockchain easy and fast, proof of history words on a special kind of hashing method in which every transaction and every event is given a different and unique hash and a different count and after all these hash comes out they can be easily used to find the time period of a specific transaction or event.

How does it works?

Proof of history is totally different from proof of work and proof of brain, Proof of history works like a clock for blockchains in proof of history a special type of ledger is used in which the upcoming events are recorded and are given a special kind of hash number and a count and when they come out of a special ledger their hash and count it they can be assembled accordingly and then the Exact time stamps of the events are produced and can easily find the time and history of an event that came in between these times.

2.- Explain at least 2 cases of use of Solana.

Projects of Solana:

Raydium

Raydium is one of the topmost projects ever built on salona blockchain, raydium Is currently locked $1,545,759,674 On their project and this is really amazing because it has gain so much popularity, and the total investment and it is way too high for such a new project.

Swapping:

Like other defi projects, raydium also provides swapping of their own RAY token with the other tokens. Swiping of different tokens with Re token is really helpful in making your transactions easy and faster and also the radium project provides you very little maintenance fee and that's why it is on the top of all the other projects built on solana.

Liquidity:

Raydium provides liquidity to their users and On raydium you can also add different liquidity of your own.

Staking:

Dream project also provides their users taking and now you can take your RAY tokens with about 27.93% APR.

RAY token:

Radium has its own token which is RAY token, currently the RAY token is on the 112 rank in the coin market cap, just because it is new, otherwise its popularity is very much higher than its rank. The current price of the RAY token is 9.79$. Currently the token is circulating in the market with 71,197,338.67 RAY of Circulating supply for 24 hours. The 24 hours high of ray token is 9.91$ while its 24 hours Low is 9.28$ which seems quite volatile in the last 24 hours.

The all time high f RAY token is 16.31 which is really high from its current price but its current price is not that bad and can reach there any time.

SUNNY

The Other defy project built on solana is SUNNY, this is also one of the most popular projects of solana. It is also called sunny aggregator or sunny yield aggregator.Basically the Sunny aggregator gives you the yield aggregate of your tokens. This new Sunny protocol is specially designed for the Other Applications to work on it.
They have three major pools in which you can aggregate your liquidity tokens .
The number one pool for the aggregate yield is having a really high APR which is around 1700.44% And which is writing a really high APR for such a newly launched project.

SUNNY token and its details:

The Sunny token is not that popular and due to stress popularity it in place and a very low rank at coin market cap which is #2934 And if we look at the rank of Sunny token in the coinmarketcap we can say that it is not very popular and not familiar among the people. The current market price is 0.035$ which is also really less than the number one Solana project which is Raydium.

3.- Detail and explain the SOLA token.

SOL Token:

Being a very new and recently launched salt token still a very great image in the market, according to the coinmarketcap the soul token ranks on the 7th and which is a really pretty position for a newly launched token.
Sol token gains its value from the start of this year 2021 and grows really fast from 1.8$ to 170$ In just a few months.

The current price of the Solana token is 143.13$ and its total market capitalization is $42,611,544,645 with a really great 24 hours supply of around 297,704,023.82 SOL. The Sol token is currently having an all time high market price of $144.77 and according to the chart of Solana token it seems like the market is stable currently.

While I was doing my research about the Solana Blockchain, I also find out that the solana blockchain has its own app and all the information that is needed for a user to join the solana blockchain system is available on their app. which can be used to buy and store Solana and you can also swipe Solana tokens with other tokens and the most of all it also provides liquidity to the users.

4.- When did Solana Blockchain see its operations interrupted? Why? Explain.

The solana blockchain was one of the most fast-growing blockchain from 2021, from January the solana blockchain Started growing and it's token SOL started reaching the top in recent months, but from September 14 when the sol token price Was moving up very fast ascertain interruption or we can say crash happened when one sol token becomes equal to 170 USD dollars, And people started buying more and more SOL token the blockchain operations could not handle it and the market of solana token faced huge crash and the whole system was interrupted and the time was around 17 hours for which the blockchain was closed and the sol token price came down from 170$ to 145$.
The main reason for this interruption was when the Transactions were way too high to handle and due to the Sufficient amount of resources available on the blockchain, Due to the high demand the transactions Per second reaches their highest value and due to a sufficient amount of resources, the blockchain system went under interruption.

5.- Check the last block generated in Solana and make an approximate calculation of How many blocks per second have been generated in Solana, taking into account from the initial block to the current one? Justify your answer and show screenshots.

Block Explorer of Solana:

To find out the last block that is generated, we will taker help from the solana explorer. In solana Explorer we can find out the slot time, height as well as cluster time, and all other relevant information.

Here when we click on the cluster statistics it provides us the information about the latest blocks that are generated and shows us the live statistics of the blocks generating. Here is the screenshot I have taken of the last block that is generated on the solana blockchain at the time I was performing my homework task, the time the last block that was generated on the solana blockchain was Oct 1, 2021, at 16:07:53 according to the coordinated time.

Conclusion

According to my research and the opinion of the other people I can clearly say that solana is one of the fastest-growing blockchain systems and its popularity will grow more and the small interruption and outbreak will not much affect its future popularity and price, Because of its past, we can say that it has grown really much faster than all the other blockchain projects. Solana has given the Blockchain a new shape in the form of the latest method of verifying transactions in the blockchain making it easier for other blockchains to apply.
