I have checked your profile. The reason is your posts have almost near to zero payouts plus you have set the payouts to 50% 50%. I recommend you to do 100% powerup then you will get 0.5Trx for 1SP reward. Also try to take part in the Steemit Engagment Challenges they will help you get good upvotes that will increase payout value.

Actually I see the TRONs in the payout. But after redeeming, STEEM and SP increases, but TRX remains the same.
how much Tron you see in each payout? Can you share screenshot? because small amounts will not add until they become some good amount.
