How are you all, hope you all are doing well. So, today i am very thankful for professor @pelon53 for teaching us a very important topic about penny cryptocurrencies. After attending this lecture, i understand many important aspects of cryptocurrency penny cryptocurrencies and there data to select best penny cryptocurrency.

Let's start with the answer of given questions,

1.- Explain the Penny cryptocurrencies in your own words. Advantages and disadvantages.

Penny cryptocurrencies are those digital currencies which have a value less than $ 1. These currencies are mostly give a profit in long term. Investors are invested there money in penny cryptocurrencies for long term. They hold there investment for at least half year to one year. Because these currencies take time to grow but when these currencies grow then it will give you a large profit which makes you a millionaire in just less then $ 100 investment.

Advantages of Penny Cryptocurrencies:

There are many advantages of penny cryptocurrencies, some of them given below,

Potential to Grow Rapidly:
Penny cryptocurrencies have potential to grow rapidly and give you a huge amount of profit. These currencies make you a millionaire if they pump just like doge coin. If any penny cryptocurrencies grow some cents then it will give a 100 times profit and sometime more then 100 times.

Easy to Invest:
These coins are easy to invest because of they are low in price (less than $1). Many newbie start there trading on investment there money penny cryptocurrencies because they can get Millions of coins in just $ 10 and some times more then millions coins.

Attractive to Investors:_
Many investors are attractive to those penny cryptocurrencies whose use case are good and then if they invest huge amount of dollars then that coin will grow greatly.

Disadvantages of Penny Cryptocurrencies:

Some disadvantages of penny cryptocurrencies are given below,

Scam:
Many penny cryptocurrencies was scam, they attract investors by doing and giving dream to become a millionaire. But they make there money and walk out from the market by scamming many investors.

Volatile:
Penny cryptocurrencies are volatile in nature which means there prices are increasing and decreasing very rapidly. Sometimes investors invest there money when there prices are on peak and then after some time it will decrease and they lost there invested money.

Failure of Project:
Many penny cryptocurrencies was failed because there use case is not good. So, these types of coins who haven't had a strong project will not able to sustain in crypto market.

2.- For you: What will be the best Penny to invest in this 2021? Explain and show evidence.

To my point of view, there are many penny cryptocurrencies which are good to invest and will give you a big profit. I think VeChain. Vechain ranked 21 in the list. This coin has potential to grow rapidly because it has the world's lading blockchain application platform.

VeChain have a value of $ 0.1 approx.
Market capitalization is $6,725,294,466.
And its circulating supply is 64.32B VET.

This coin has a potential to grow in future because of some reason which are given below,

• World's leading blockchain application platform which are driven by enterprise adoption.
• They solve many problems including, Digital carbon ecosystem solution, automotive passport solution, retail solution etc.
• It is based on BaaS (Blockchain-as-a-Service) platform.
• They have many well reputed brands as a customers and partners including Haier, BMW, BIOS etc.

Graph Analysis:

As you saw in the graph of VeChain, it was launched back in 4th August 2018, and it's price is almost $ 0.01333. Investors were not came to buy this coin but VeChain managed to sustain in market. After the starting of 2021 year, VeChain price increasing rapidly, It almost hit there highest price of above $0.24 but then Bitcoin crashes and that's why almost every Altcoin go down. But in future VeChain has a potential to go up.

I invested $ 10.32 in Vechain for long term, and i hope this coin has a potential to give a good profit.

Yes, i would like to invest in Ripple because this coin has a potential to go up very soon. Because this coin made for payment which means XRP known as the best digital asset for payments. As we all know bitcoin crashes and market go down. After market will stable then i would like to invest in this good project.

Ripple(XRP) was launched back in 5th August 2013 at a price of $0.005886 and then almost 4 years this coin sustain in market and after 4 years it goes up and hit it's highest price of $2.9 in the starting of 2018 but then it goes down. But in the starting of 2021, ripple increase it's growth and hit $1.6 mark. Many investors see potential in this coin.

Ripple(XRP) is Green In Nature which means it was designed as a sustainable project. And the main thing is Ripple is Carbon neutral blockchain. This thing makes a ripple far better than other coins and that's why many traders think that ripple has a ability to go up in some months and years.

4.- Present in detail a possible investment of 5 penny crypto assets. Explain and present data confirming your choice.

Safemoon:

Safemoon is the penny cryptocurrency which is very popular in recent months. Safemoon has a potential to hit $ 1 price in future. I also purchased this coin and hold it for a year. The price of safemoon is very low, but this coin has a capability to grow rapidly. Many peoples talk about this coin and many peoples invested in this coin for long term just like me. In market, 585,536.37B safemoon are circulating. And it's market capitalization is $3,322,142,670. Nowadays, crypto market is going down because bitcoin crashes badly, but when the market will stable, investors will go to safemoon and invested in this good project because the price is very low and you got hundreds of coin in just $ 1. So, it is easy for newbie also to invest small amount of money and got millions of coins.

As shown in the graph, safemoon hits it's highest price in april and then go down but most importantly when it goes down, it was go up again, this increase in price after going down tells a potential of coin to go up in future.

Shiba Inu:

Currently Shiba Inu ranked 33 in the list. It has a price of $0.000008109. It has a market capitalization of $3,209,178,718 and circulating supply is 394,796.00B SHIB. In this month of May, Shiba inu increased its growth and give 100x profit and more then that to its holder and after that a bad news came when Vitalik Buterin burned 50% Shib coins and sold that coins and give them to Indian Covid relief funds. This will decreased the value of Shiba Inu. Shiba is listed in the largest exchanges like, Binance, KuCoin, Huobi etc.

You can clearly see that in the month of may 2021, Shib increased very fast and gives many profit to its holders. So this coin become famous and many peoples invested there money in it and i also invested in it but at this time i hold this coin because it will give you a profit in long term.

Dogecoin:

As we all know about dogecoin, This coin shocked everyone because of his very rapid growth in past month. Just one Elon Musk tweet and then this coin went to the moon. This coin has a potential to hit 4 1 mark and then go further in future. If you hold this coin, then it will give you a profit. For me it is a best to invest in Dogecoin because the price of doge is very low almost equal to 0.35 $. Just invest in it and hold for some month. When the red market will turn to green market then this coin will go up very fast. For me this is the best penny cryptocurrency to invest.
It has a market capitalization of $45,679,615,658 and circulating supply is 129.69B DOGE.

VeChain:

As i discussed early above about VeChain and its potential grow in future. This coin has a ability to gain its reputation in the market because of his concept of making. VeChain have a value of $ 0.1 approx. Market capitalization is $6,725,294,466. And its circulating supply is 64.32B VET.
Many big companies such as BMW, BIOS, Haier etc sponsor VeChain and this coin is also listed in world best exchanges like binance, KuCoin and Huobi etc.

Tron:

As we all know Ethereum blockchain is expensive for investors, Tron gain popularity because of its own blockchain. Tron blockchain will grow and this technology will be big thing in this market. At that time, tron is the best penny cryptocurrency to invest because it has a bright future. It is currently ranked at 24. It has a market capitalization of $ 5,509,715,168 and total circulating supply is 71.66B TRX. The price of TRX is 0.07 approx. When the market will stable then TRX is the best option for long term investment.
After launching, Tron hit its highest peak in no time and in future it has a ability to hit $ 1 and then go up rapidly.

I invested $ 10.32 in VeChain cryptocurrency. I purchased VeChain from binance exchange by using VET/USDT pair.
This is the screenshot of my order.

The steps i took while in purchasing VET are,

Step 1 :

First of all, you have a binance account, open binance account and then you must have some USDT in your wallet, then go to Market which is placed on the bottom of the interface.

Step 2:

Then go to search bar at the top of the interface and then search VET/USDT pair and click on that.

Step 3:

Then click on Buy button.

Step 4:

Entered USDT amount from which how many VET you want to buy. There is a restriction, USDT should be greater than 10 $.I entered $ 10.1 in the USDT option because i want to buy VET of $ 10 After that click on Buy button.

Step 5:

Then my ordered is placed and i received VET.

I was purchased VET some days ago when the price of VET is greater than current price.

Conclusion:

Penny cryptocurrencies plays a vital role to help small investors to gain more profit. Many peoples don't have enough money to invest in BTC, ETH or BNB. So for them, penny cryptocurrencies are best option but in long term. They must have some extra money for long term and then invest that money in penny cryptocurrencies. Penny currencies makes many people millionaire in some dollars $. But the most important thing is always do research, like social media accounts of that coin in which you want to invest that will help you to know more about that coin.
