It is a business mainly created for the enhancement and funding of technology facilities and it will be a blockchain successfully made because it would enhance Graduate School students to be more innovative in generating ideas that might later in future help in boosting the economic growth and development through effectiveness and efficiency.

The token coin created to be used in the Bpops scheme is called Bison to help back up development process of technological facilities. Bison will also help the expanding creation of awareness by marketing and advertisement for the development of Bpops and the Bison made it easier for scientist and engineers because they could exchange money for it and be used to get the essential facility which will be needed for the processing of such development programme and the engineers could be also paid a bonus of more Bison in this blockchain if their experiment is beyond expectations.

The cryptocurrency is a decentralized platform established to enhance the mind set of technology practitioners and give extinguishing engineers a day and help boosting the study of science education worldwide by allowing them generate funds to help finalize their experiment and making selling and transfer of funds easy virtually. The Bpops platform not had much subscribers within the last 24hours but it is said to generate at least more than 500,000 participants before the end of the month because it would be a platform where different people can come together to see to the making of a project. It allows for socializing which makes the creation of ideas in creativity to be more effective and when the project is being sold an extra token of Bison is gotten for a good job well done whip has self motivate other students to gear more efforts.

It could be said that the Bpops scheme was launched to solve the issues of laggin in the education system of government not backing up the innovative ideas of the students which will help the economy but the picture is not clear to them about things they could benefit to help reduce the economic budget. Some of the problems are:

Low capital incentive:- the government doesn’t provide off school jobs or enough funding for GRADUATE students because it cannot be adequate to go round. Thus, it is hard for students to accumulate funds to help achieve their mind blowing ideas some of them at the ends of the day. This kill their innovation and creativity, the students are merely allowed to do regulated hours of paying jobs to enble them focus on their academic. They are also always occupied with assignment which makes them not to have enough money to finance their projects and the government bodies only finance project they feel is relevant.

No motivational factor:- the government does not gear the students to do more in terms of creativity by empowering their skills the children between the age frame of 22 to 35 seems to be students or youth who created high performance due to benefits or gifts given to them which motivates them to do more because of the mindset that the more their productivity the more the bonus to be gottten.

Helps in selecting good mentor:- the problem of the government not helping the youngsters in selecting mentors to help them towards their future believes because at the tender teenage age the students needs to be lectured on who to look up to, in terms of being motivated and this will be eradicated in the Bpops scheme due to solving tasks between two different individuals and experiences will be shared.
