Good day beautiful steemians, reading through the crypto weekly lecture by professor @besticofinder, I had clicked on the videos but quickly paused it and discontinued watching them, this not because I didn’t or no longer had the interest in them but because I was already low on mobile data and streaming an hours video would be of detriment on my writing this homework.
For this plague suffered by developing countries and much more regarding mobile data, the DENT wireless token has come to solve to make mobile data more available for individuals all around the world at the most affordable rate, and even donations of unused data to developing countries.
THE DENT WIRELESS TOKEN
Founded in 2014 by Katajainen et al in Hong Kong, as Commando Coder an automated FOREX trading company and later parts integrated to forming DENT, DENT was birthed.

It is generally known that food wastage is a major issue in the United States as it rockets up to 40% of all US foods being laid to waste.
Food which easily can get spoilt due to decay and bacteria effect has a cogent reason for not being easily transferable to poor countries who are in lack of food.
But data on the other hand which makes the world a global village and should be easily transferred across borders still rockets up to 26.5% of it laid to waste according to a US study link
DENT built on the Ethereum block chain and smart contracts enables “DATA SHARING” where its users can buy, sell or donate their unused data to developing countries by converting their dent which is transferable to anywhere around the world.
DENT also makes this data being bought cheaper as it gives the buyer the best TELCO data option suitable for them. This which can be explained in the preceding scenerio:

The TELCO customers are the most valuable operators in the mobile data system. The life approximate lifetime value of a TELCO customer being approximately 460 USD as of 2016, now multiplied by currently about 4.66 billion internet users, but a 25% customer chun rate (customers leaving a certain TELCO company) TELCOs wouldn’t want to lose that amount. This will bring about a competition among TELCOs then they wanting to grow this value rather than handling it off to a more open innovative player.
DENT plans to:
- Invite users into the DENT community
- Represent a union of TELCO customers which hinges on this collective power to make mobile data more affordable and available.
- The DENT team which represents the community partners with TELCOs in proper negotiations.

Market Response to DENT token:
Dent which is currently trading at $0.0034807 with a market capital of 295 million dollars and a circulating supply of 92 million DENT shows a strong and substantial market acceptance,
DENT trades over 30 active exchange markets and ranks 136 on the CoinMarketCap ranking.
Over the past 2 months DENT has tripled in market price and shown significance trading volume.

From my above research I see DENT is the future of mobile data transfer and with a global mobile data usage expected to grow by a factor of 4.5 to reach 226 Exabyte (1 exabyte equals 1 billion Gigabyte) source
DENT will also make data accessible for developing countries and more researchers in such developing countries like me. So why shouldn’t I invest in DENT.

Their project concept is very positively affecting for the developing countries.. Internet connection and cost for internet connections is a problem for majority of countries.. so this project has a great future. [7]
