Dear @fredquantum, This is really really frustrating. I spent 3 days working on this homework post. Even in the academic industry. The occasions you cited in the write up are negligible looking at almost 3000 words article. I will understand if you quary that it should have been properly referenced. I believe that an error, which I apologise for.
But discarding the whole work gives me a deep pain. How then do one carryout his own research? If he/she is not allowed to consult other sources. Therefore, In the process it is possible to mistaking have issues like this.
I believe there should be some level of flexibility so that committed and passionate students are not discouraged.

You are allowed to consult other sources even we the teachers do so but in the case whereby you copy and paste from a source, spun, and used it for an entire section, that's not tolerated. Consulting other sources shouldn't be abused, you should be able to develop points on your own based on what you have gathered from the sources even without taking a glance at the source again after study, in that way, there is no possibility that your article would predominantly have the same points and structure as the sources consulted. If a few words are the same coincidentally, the writer can be pardoned but in this case, it's a copy and paste and spun situation, and it's very clear. We are being fair and considerate but this piece can't be overlooked, it's too obvious. Thank you.
