Now please tell me how are you going to know how many of my reputation is bought vote and the one that is not upvote that is bought because it is clearly not all my post that i have written that has a paid upvote but i understand what you are trying to say but every one has done it even the big accounts on steemit do it all the time then why is it a bad thing for small account who wants to grow it juat doesn't make sense
Big accounts may be doing that, but they are not participating in SCA. It is a rule in SCA and if they will participate it will be applicable for them also.

In general, also, Steemit does not support those users who take the help of Bot.
Steemit is crystal clear in its approach and that is, they discourage bot use in general.

This community was created according to @steemitblog to help young bloggers to teach and learn about cryptocurrency that means every one who can remain original without cheating like copying but suddenly this new rules really look rediculouse because it seems like you are stopping people from participating on purpose which is really weird and anything you say seems to stand even though you are not @steemitblog.

In their weekly publication they have stated that you can participate as a newcomer if you meet the reputation of 55 and SP of 200.
They haven't stated how the reputation should be gotten so this rule was all you

So anybody that is found with a bot vote i will report it and just like that he or she is gone out of the steemit crypto academy.
Stupid rule created by @sapwood so that he and his friends can get all the reward allocated to this writting campaign @steemitblog
If you check my posts from my introduction post you will find out that i did not use bots in many of them and the post i used them alsways get people attention because they want to see the post i just wrote
You really need to remove that rule so that more newcomer will have reason to invest steem by buying steem and powering up so as to keep the steemit network engaging and tasky not just boring and it is now like connection thing meaning if you this person or this person it is just fishy
