Q: What will happen if you vote before "5 mins age of a post" & after "6 days 12 hrs age of post" in Steem Blockchain?
The sound voting period on a published post is 5 minutes to 6 days 12 hrs. Voting outside of this interval has a negative impact. The time 0 mins to 5 mins is regarded as Reverse Auction Time. There is a linear discount rate till 5mins. If we vote within this time, we may lose a certain portion of curation rewards. And if we vote on a post after 6 days 12 hrs, we will lose our voting or curating rewards.
Linear discount is applied as follows : 100% linear discount at 0 mins, in the same way, 0% linear discount at 5 mins.
Learning point : For the above reasons, the curators don't vote any post before the age of 5 mins & after 6 days 12 hrs.
Distribution of rewards between curator & bloger is showed below:

By clicking on $25.19, the view came in front of me. The screenshot tells us total payout is $25.19 & 27 TRX. Author or blog creator belonged to $11.93 including 25% sbd & 25% worth of SP. Curator belonged to $13.26 worth of SP & 14.44 TRX.
Q: How do I check how much reward of a post has returned to the reward pool in Steem Blockchain?
As per steemit blockchain system, the voting rewards within Reverse Auction Time will return to the reward pool in this blockchain. Either it is upvoted or it is downvoted. And if the vote is provided in the sound time that means 5 mins to 6 days 12 hrs. Let's see a occurred picture.

The above screenshot shows us payout returned $0.006 weighed 0.17% which will be returned to the reward pool in steemit blockchain because of reverse auction time voting. We can find out it easily from www.steemworld.org We have to click on a row named "Post" & click on someone's created blog. Then we can see such view.
Q: Under what circumstances a curator can earn more than 100% upvote value as curation rewards?
To get more than 100% upvote value as a curation rewards, we must have to vote within 5 mins to 6 days 12 hrs. Lest we could lose our rewards.
There is a formula of counting Curator's reward :
Pcurator= (1/2) *√Pt (√P1-√P0)Δt
Pt= Post Payout end of the 7 days
P0= Post Payout before curating/voting
P1= Post Payout after curating/voting
Δt= 1
Practical knowledge :
For a while, let's imagine I am a first voter & my voting value is $1 & before voting post payout was 0. Again it received others' upvotes over 7 days & post pay out is $4
Here, Pt=$4, P1=$1 & P0=0, then
Pcurator= (1/2)*√$4(√$1-√$0)=$1
- In this case I would earn 100% voting value as $1
Further, imagine another post received $36 that is Pt = $36 & I am first voter of $2. Before voting post payout was $0.
Pcurator= (1/2)*√$36(√$2-√$0)=$4.24
- In this case I would earn 212% rewards from 100% voting value.

This post has been selected randomly on which I have voted. Although it is very small amount but countable. The projected curation rewards :
I voted this post on 49mis 42seconds & I am the 11th voter. 100% voting value weighed $0.002.
Regarding the post, Pt=$.65, P0=$0.32, P1=$.322
Pcurator(me) =(1/2)*√$.65(√$.322-√$.32)=$0.018
What is the role of curation in better content discovery in Steem Blockchain?
A qualitative post should be rewarded as always. We should not vote/curate any post that is low rating. Top curated posts are occupied top trending list in steemit blockchain. A good bloger creates a good blog & improve his community & run effectively. The curators also effect the proficiency on the and the community. They play an important role of discovering the better blogs in the blockchain.
