In this post , I am here to submit my homework task which I have carried out as required by @sapwood, crypto professor.
How do I download & install a wallet? Examples(Hint- Etherum, Tron, etc or any other you wish to)? How do I restore a wallet using a Private key/Mnemonic key/Keystore file? How important is the Mnemonic key or Private Key or Keystore File during the installation/restoration of a wallet? How do you store/secure your keys? Examples? Any Blockchain wallet you have used before, having the experience of any/all the three forms of keys-- Private/Mnemonic/Keystore file?
In this post we will discuss about TRONLINK PRO WALLET. I will tell you how to download and install it. How to restore a wallet using a Private key/Mnemonic key/Keystore file. And also we will discuss the rest of the questions.
How do we download and install a wallet?
Users can download tron wallet from here.
To better meet the requirements of the application store, now TronLink is updated to TronLink Pro in Google Play.
Tron wallet is available for both Android and iOS.

How do we restore a wallet using a Private key/Mnemonic key/Keystore file?
Step 1 : Install the tronlink pro and open.
Step 2 : Click the wallet management button on the upright corner on the Asset page.
By the way, I already have a tronlink wallet. But I am creating a new tron wallet here. If you do not have an account, a different interface will come when you open Tronlink Pro for the first time. So you have to choose import account .
Step 3 : Select among Private Key, Mnemonic or KeyStore. I prefer to choose private key. As we have only public key and private key of tron wallet.
You must have either Mnemonic , or Private Keys or KeyStore at hand to import that account. Different wallets may use different modules to generate Mnemonic phrases. So when using Mnemonic to import an account, there's some possibility that you get a totally different account. In this way, private key is a recommended way to import an account
Step 4 : Input the credentials (Private Key) that you have, then set up a new account name and password. It will be done. Please do remember your PASSWORD. TronLink is a decentralized wallet, and it can't help users to retrieve password for users.
After confirming the password your account will be imported into tronlink wallet.

How important is the Mnemonic key or Private Key or Keystore File during the installation/restoration of a wallet.
Private key / Mnemonic key / Keystore File is very important to restore a wallet. If we lose them, we will never be able to install or restore the wallet.
As I am referring to tronlink wallet in this post. We have only public key and private key of Tron wallet. So if we lose it, we can never restore the wallet.
Therefore private key / Mnemonic key / Keystore File is very important for the installation / restoration of any wallet. We cannot lose them anyhow.
How do we store/secure our keys?
As we all know that all these keys are very important for the installation / restoration of any wallet. So we should keep them secure.
You can create their PDF and store it in any pen drive, laptop or Google Drive. But never share them with anyone.
You can store them by writing them on paper. It is not recommended to share your keys with any third party site
Do not take screenshots of them nor send them to anyone.

I have been using TRONLINK Wallet for some time now. I have not used any Blockchain wallet before. That is why I have no experience of any of the three types of keys
Yes, Tron private key is required to restore the tronlink wallet and it is also very important.

You can restore your wallet using any of the three forms of private keys-- Private key/Mnemonic key/Keystore file.
A private key is a string of alphanumeric characters.
The mnemonic key is a simplified version of the private key which are generally 12 words phrases (15, 18, 21, 24 words also). When you save your Mnemonic key, pay attention to the correct sequence of words, the correct sequence can only unlock your wallet.
A keystore file is a JSON file, an encrypted form of the private key. However, a Keystore wallet alone is not a private key. So when you recover your wallet using the Keystore File you also need to enter the password(set by you in the previous installation). So be careful with your password, better save it just like you save your private key(if you are using a Keystore file).

So if you ever use a Keystore file to recover the account, you have to enter the password(set by you in the previous installation). So, in that case, you have to remember your password too.
The best practice to secure your keys is to write it down on a notepad/piece of paper, better break it into 3/4 parts and keep them safe, off-line. Never take a screenshot, never try to store them in an email or cloud storage facilities. You can use a brand new Pen drive to store your keys. But always keep a hardcopy.
