Introduction:


In our class today we will talk about how to mine 30 times with less electricity than a Chinese asin we will talk about what are the consensus protocols and the overall objective which is Proof of Capacity I want to congratulate all the team and students of the #SteemitCryptoAcademy for their great and hard work they dedicate their time of their life study and create content of very high quality thank you all for this great conference I will be detailing little by little my homework as it should be greetings to all.

Consensus protocol:


First of all a consensus protocol is really an algorithm that is added to a device that is able to store content in this case a hard disk operating system is independent almost anyone can work quietly works in a decentralized system the decentralized blockchain which do not have any boss nor belong to anyone only to a group of nodes connected to facilitate the transfer of data. These nodes are called miners which need to be validated to be able to complete a block. This is called a well distributed fair task by means of a data validation that is executed within the network of nodes after a quite complex protocol is confirmed and the coins are spent only 1 time. after this the team that solved the algorithm or mathematical equation is well paid each block takes approximately 15 seconds in time.

Capacity test of the consensus algorithm:

The capacity test is where miners put their hard drives to work in order to verify transaction information this is based on mathematical calculations these store the possible results or solutions to a mining problem precisely at the beginning of mining these then solve in mowing issues the complex algorithms and decide mining rights these compete to solve faster each block the block if a team is unoccupied and the other takes time to respond this is enabled for the next block each time they solve each block a remuneration is obtained this is called mining coins.

The most important features:


the hard disk space of a device is used for POC capacity testing authentication by storing solutions to a digital currency hashing problem.

the benefits of a Poc system is its performance when compared to working POW systems.

Why is capacity testing necessary and how does it help us?


Although right now the problem of CO2 mission in the environment is a serious problem to generate electricity with respect to cryptocurrencies this benefits us 30 times less than the Chinese asin so it is a great advantage in terms of technology in addition to the obsolete expensive equipment that consumes large amounts of energy at this time the high cost of GPU cards currently by the FOMO of ethereum so it is currently more accessible to many people who want to enter this world of cryptocurrency mining.


It is necessary because the capacity test is used to solve mathematical problems at very high speed with the possible results stored in the basic spaces of the hard disk. the more space you have the more data stored for the possible solutions this allows to match the power to the has of the asin and also allows to have more advantages over them.

How was the capacity test born ?

How does trace mining work in a test consensus?


first all possible nonce values are stored on the hard disk this is done through a repeated hash of data each element contains 8192 hashes which are numbered from 0 to 8191 all in pairs e.g. 0 and 1 is 0 and 2 and 3 is 1 and so on.

the second step
the miners calculate the numbers in pairs as I said before if they get the number 25 the miner goes straight to pair 1 and uses the data to solve the problem.

The deadlines have a time limit of 36 seconds and no number can create a block in the next 36 seconds, thus securing the next block and benefiting from the blockchain system.

advantages:


IS 30 times more energy saving than Chinese asin.

Can be used on any android compatible hard drive

Not need for dedicated hardware or constant upgrades

reusable hard disk can be reused normally does not affect its normal operation

Disadvantages :


More information is lacking on the web so much is unknown about this system.

It is possible that viruses can affect the mining.

If this system is adopted then the asin will be changed to this protocol which would reduce 30 times the power consumption would be the best.

Conclusion


Well, in conclusion, this capacity test prototype is a very interesting protocol because it not only allows to mine the coins but also contributes to save the environment from the emission of co2 pollutants if this system is adopted it would reduce 30 times the emissions of gases from mining worldwide, as for the process is quite interesting I love it I did not know it until now that thanks to our professor at the academy we have the privilege to better understand what it is and how to use them its features and benefits.
