• ICOs have achieved their goals after their soft cap is achieved, Soft cap is the minimum amount needed for the project to move forward, most ICOs will also have a hard cap, which is the maximum amount they will receive in investment, If the ICO fails to achieve its soft cap , most ICOs will return funds to investors.

• Additionally, some ICOs require investors to provide personal details as part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) or Know Your Customer process and whitelist, while others are only available to private investors.

• ICOs allow for funding of some of the most innovative blockchain projects in the world, but it is always important to do as much research as possible before investing and invest only what you want to lose.
