Hello my beautiful people of Steemit, I welcome you to my homework for week 12 of these wonderful courses and this time the class of Professor @levycore who explained us a little more about the world of NFTs, how to buy and sell in this market. So I will be presenting my homework corresponding to this week and this class.

This time I chose a massive marketplace that specializes in selling artwork or collectible figures called Terra Virtua, this project raised in its early days $ 2.6 million, this is an ecosystem of non fungible token NFT, which allows you to interact and exchange virtual art creators, creators of NFT, and digital collectors. This is a platform especially for those fans who like to collect digital art, they recently introduced movie collectibles, sports memorabilia and music.

Therefore it is important to mention that it is currently supported by great partners in the film industry such as Paramount Pictures, Legendary Entertainment and Unreal Engine. I really liked this marketplace because it has a very modern touch and its registration is very easy. You just need to create an account in the registration section, validate your email and that's it, I also liked it because you can pay for your tokens by connecting your MetaMask wallet or with a credit card, and Terra Virtual has its native token that TVK, which you can buy through platforms like Binance, HitBTC, LBank, Bilaxy, AscendEX (Bitmax).

First we log in to the Terra Virtua platform.

To buy NFT in TerraVirtua you must go to the marketplace and select the collectible you want to buy.

To sell on Terra Virtua you must create an auction and place your item in the auction queue. I currently have no items to sell, but if you don't have any items, you can buy them and then place them for sale.

Mention and explain the advantages and disadvantages of the NFT market you have chosen

Advantages

Allows you to have real virtual art of your NFT and allows you to see the art or collectibles in 3D technology.
You can use Terra Virtua on multiple platforms, that is, from a cell phone, computer, or tablet and also works with operating systems such as android and iOS.
It has the wonderful advantage of having many commercial licenses.
TerraForma is a space that is given to users to create their tokens.
FanCave and TerraDome here users have the privilege of being able to save their NFTs and enjoy their arts and collectibles in virtual reality.
They have an excellent and ambitious roadmap, to expand new projects to the ecosystem.

Disadvantages

Poor distribution of the tokens traded, which can cause price manipulation.
The little knowledge that exists about NFTs, there are many investors who are afraid to invest because they do not know what their function will be in the future.
Fall of interest in the NFT market, it is said that people have lost interest and this in turn has caused a loss of value of 15 to 30%.

I can say as a conclusion that Terra Virtua has a great potential in the market, because it has the support of great commercial partners Paramount Pictures, Legendary Entertainment and Unreal Engine, people love the film industry and there are many collectors in the world who would give anything to get unique collectibles of the movie King Kong or the Godfather, so it has a wide potential, not to mention that it has a loyalty project for those who have a large amount of TVK and can enjoy privileges such as invitations to special events, being able to choose which collectible token they would like to see, special discounts and much more.
