Crypto Academy Week 11 - Homework Post for [@alphafx] Trading and Holding - Two Sides of a Coin

En esta nueva semana de la cryptoacademy podemos ver como hay temas nuevos e interesantes de los cuales cada día se aprende, es por eso que en esta semana la tarea del profesor @alphafx nos habla sobre el Holding y trading, y sobre cuál preferimos nosotros, un tema muy interesante y nombrado en este mundo de los cryptos.

¿Tienes monedas? Hable sobre el tipo de billetera que prefiere / preferiría guardar

Desde que ingresé a la plataforma de Steemit he aprendido muchísimo sobre este mundo de las criptomonedas, ya que no tenía conocimiento alguno sobre este mundo, pero si había escuchado sobre unas cuantas cosas.

Cuando empezó la cryptoacademia fue una manera distinta de ver la vida, ya que he aprendido un montón sobre este tema, cada tarea que ponían los profesores era como un reto para mí, ya que salía de mi zona de confort para aprender nuevas cosas.

Actualmente puedo decir que trabajo con tres monedas, de las cuales gracias a steemit he aprendido su uso, como lo son el Steem, Sbd y TRX. Pienso seguir aprendiendo he informándome más para invertir en otras monedas. En la primera temporada de la cryptoacademy también pude aprender a elegir una billetera que sea confiable y segura para guardar algunos activos que tenía guardados, luego de buscar uno que fuera bien reconocido y de buenas fuentes, me decidí optar por las billeteras calientes, como lo dice en la clase que pude leer del profesor, son billeteras que están conectadas a internet, y como existen varias de este tipo, yo decidí utilizar las que son de intercambios.

Since I entered the Steemit platform I have learned a lot about this world of cryptocurrencies, since I did not have any knowledge about this world, but I had heard about a few things.

When the cryptoacademy started it was a different way of looking at life, since I have learned a lot about this topic, each task that the teachers put in was like a challenge for me, since I left my comfort zone to learn new things.

Currently I can say that I work with three currencies, of which thanks to steemit I have learned their use, such as Steem, Sbd and TRX. I plan to continue learning and learning more to invest in other currencies. In the first season of the cryptoacademy I was also able to learn how to choose a wallet that is reliable and safe to store some assets that I had saved, after looking for one that was well recognized and from good sources, I decided to opt for hot wallets, like what The teacher says in the class that I could read, they are wallets that are connected to the internet, and since there are several of this type, I decided to use the ones that are from exchanges.

Con capturas de pantalla, muestre cómo realizar operaciones al contado en cualquier par de su elección.

En esta oportunidad les mostraré con captures de pantalla una operación que realicé en la plataforma Binance, en la cuál pasé de mi monedero de steemit algunos STEEM para ser intercambiados por BTC, aquí les muestro es procedimiento de las cuales estos captures son totalmente de mi propiedad.

1• Lo primero que hice fue dirigirme a mi monedero de steemit para pasar algunos steem a la plataforma de Binance.

In this opportunity I will show you with screenshots an operation that I carried out on the Binance platform, in which I passed some STEEM from my steemit wallet to be exchanged for BTC, here I show you the procedure of which these captures are totally my propert.

1 • The first thing I did was go to my steemit wallet to pass some steem to the Binance platform.

2• Me dirigí a la plataforma Binance para copiar el memo y la dirección que debía colocar para pasar mis steem a la plataforma.

2 • I went to the Binance platform to copy the memo and the address that I had to enter to send my steem to the platform.

3• Luego de de realizar el segundo paso, realicé con efectividad mi transacción de mis steem a la plataforma.

4• Para cambiar mis Steem a otra moneda, nos dirigimos a la plataforma Binance a mano derecha, en el cual nos aparecerán una serie de items, y le daremos click en donde dice PRODUCTO, en la cual se despliegan otras opciones más y presionaremos en donde dice EXCHANGE

4 • To change my Steem to another currency, we go to the Binance platform on the right hand side, in which a series of items will appear, and we will click on where it says PRODUCT, in which other options are displayed and we will press on where it says EXCHANGE

5• Nos aparecerá una opción a mano izquierda en dónde dice 10×, le daremos click ahí y nos aparecerá todas las monedas que hay, y un buscador para colocar la que estamos buscando.

5 • An option will appear on the left hand side where it says 10 ×, we will click there and it will appear all the coins that there are, and a search engine to place the one we are looking for.

6• Colocamos nuestra moneda en la cual pasamos a la plataforma y nos aparecerá las opciones que están disponibles.

Como podemos ver solo tenemos dos opciones, y es intercambiarlo por BTC y ETH, en este caso yo decidí elegirme por BTC

As we can see we only have two options, and that is to exchange it for BTC and ETH, in this case I decided to choose for BTC

7• Le damos click a la opción que deseemos elegir y automáticamente nos dirigirá a realizar la operación que queremos, ya sea vender o comprar nuestros STEEM.

Como en este caso yo los quiero vender por BTC, le damos a donde dice VENDER, y colocamos los STEEM que deseamos vender. En este caso yo coloqué 8 exacto y terminé de realizar mi operación.

7 • We click on the option we want to choose and it will automatically direct us to carry out the operation we want, whether to sell or buy our STEEM.

As in this case I want to sell them for BTC, we give where it says SELL, and we place the STEEM that we want to sell. In this case, I entered the exact 8 and finished my operation.

8• Para finalizar, le daremos click en dónde dice vender STEEM y automáticamente nuestra orden será puesta en orden abierta. Y así de sencillo pude cambiar mis Steem a BTC.

Este mismo procedimiento se puede hacer con otra moneda también

Holding o trading, ¿cuál prefiere y por qué?

Todos hemos escuchado hablar sobre éstas dos palabras en el mundo de los criptoactivos, sin embargo no todos sabemos su significado, en esto también le incluyo yo, es por eso que deseo aclarar lo aprendido en esta clase.

Y podría decir que el holding es como una inversión a largo plazo, comprando varias monedas o puede ser una sola, asegurandolas y esperando el momento correcto en que suban para cambiarlas, podría decir que es la manera menos compleja de invertir en este mundo de las criptomonedas, pero no quiere decir que no conlleve un trabajo y un previo análisis para investigar si la moneda que estamos guardando nos dará frutos en un tiempo lejano o cercano, por eso no subestimemos esta práctica como fácil, porque considero que conlleva mucho esfuerzo también.

Por otro lado, puedo decir que el trading es todo lo contrario al holding, ya que ésta práctica conlleva una realización constante de comprar y vender en un tiempo corto y determinado, pero no quiere decir que solo sea apostar al azar, ya que lleva un estudio muy a fondo para realizar ésta práctica. Así como a veces ganas, también puedes perder, por eso hay realizar ciertos análisis técnicos para empezar esta práctica.

Como podemos ver cada estrategia tiene sus diferencias y sus ventajas que la hacen atractiva al público, pero en mi posición que apenas estoy comenzando en este mundo, elegiría holding pues no digo que sea fácil, pero es una manera de ir aprendiendo poco a poco a manejar el mercado sobre las distintas monedas que hay, y a aprender en qué momento cambiar y en cuál no. A veces sin darnos cuenta, estamos haciendo holding.

Holding or trading, which do you prefer and why?

We have all heard about these two words in the world of crypto assets, however, we do not all know their meaning, in this I also include myself, that is why I want to clarify what I learned in this class.

And I could say that the holding is like a long-term investment, buying several currencies or it can be a single one, insuring them and waiting for the right moment when they go up to exchange them, I could say that it is the least complex way to invest in this world of currencies. cryptocurrencies, but it does not mean that it does not involve work and a previous analysis to investigate if the currency that we are saving will give us fruit in a distant or near time, so we do not underestimate this practice as easy, because I consider that it takes a lot of effort as well.

On the other hand, I can say that trading is the opposite of holding, since this practice entails a constant realization of buying and selling in a short and determined time, but it does not mean that it is only gambling at random, since it takes a I study very thoroughly to carry out this practice. Just as you sometimes win, you can also lose, so you have to carry out certain technical analyzes to start this practice.

As we can see, each strategy has its differences and its advantages that make it attractive to the public, but in my position that I am just beginning in this world, I would choose holding because I am not saying that it is easy, but it is a way of learning little by little to to manage the market on the different currencies that there are, and to learn in which moment to change and in which not. Sometimes without realizing it, we are doing holding.

Conclusión

Para concluir con mi tarea del profesor @alphafx, debo decir que este mundo de las criptomonedas evolucionan cada día más, y siempre surgen nuevas ideas y propuestas para invertir.

El holding y el trading son maneras distintas de invertir, y como toda inversión conlleva a un posible riesgo, siempre debemos tener en cuenta muchos aspectos a tratar al momento de elegir cualquier opción. Ambos partes tienen sus ventajas y desventajas, por eso considero hacer un análisis muy profundo antes de tomar una decisión, ya que esta puede cambiar nuestras vidas.

Actualmente me encuentro en constante aprendizaje de este mundo y espero seguir aprendiendo cada vez más y seguir invirtiendo en opciones que sean factibles para mí. Doy gracias al profesor por esta increíble conferencia en la cual aprendí mucho, espero haber cumplido con mi tarea de las semana. Saludos.

To conclude with my task of professor @alphafx, I must say that this world of cryptocurrencies evolves more and more every day, and new ideas and proposals to invest always arise.

Holding and trading are different ways of investing, and as every investment carries a possible risk, we must always take into account many aspects to deal with when choosing any option. Both parts have their advantages and disadvantages, so I consider doing a very deep analysis before making a decision, since it can change our lives.

I am currently constantly learning about this world and I hope to continue learning more and more and continue investing in options that are feasible for me. I thank the teacher for this incredible conference in which I learned a lot, I hope I have fulfilled my homework for the week. Greetings.
