One of the impressive and key feature of the blockchain technology is the less fees and speed in performing the transactions.

Blockchain has very attractive features and one of the most attractive feature is the low gas fee to transfer coins anywhere at instant time. Some coins took some time because of network congestion but most of the network transfer coins instantly.

You mentioned rightly that it is a big drawback of Blockchain that if you loose your keys your account can't be recovered but i think if we want Decentralization than we have to accept it.
