Steemit Crypto Academy Contest Season 6 Week 6 - Security Token Offerings STO

On the other hand, we usually renew our thanks to all the members who have remained faithful to our contests, which aim to better explain and simplify the concepts related to the field of Blockchain and crypto-currencies. We also invite you to participate actively and in large numbers in the challenge of this last week of the sixth season which will take place from tomorrow, Monday, December 26 at 00:00 UTC, and to contribute to enriching the platform with your publications, as well as to interact with your colleagues by leaving relevant comments and votes.

This week we will focus on a new topic regarding STO is the acronym for Security Token Offering which a process similar to an ICO where an investor exchanges money for coins or tokens representing his investment., and we want to read your understanding.

Contest theme: Security Token Offerings STO

This week, the focus of the contest we will be discussing is about understanding STO process.

The emergence of Bitcoin in 2009 brought attention to the technology behind it: the blockchain. Cryptocurrencies and other blockchain-related finance then gained a not-so-good reputation at first for being volatile and many have been linked to fraud. However, there remains broad consensus regarding the value of blockchain technology and its uses in finance.

Large organizations, such as JP Morgan, Square, and Facebook, have already entered the blockchain space. It is expected to see more names that will be organized for this emerging arena, and many crypto projects relied on the initial coin offering, after which the fundraising process developed for what is known as the STO.

• What does STO bring to the world of cryptocurrencies and also to the traditional financial world?

• What are the differences between STO and ICO, IPO and IEO?

• List and explain some types of security tokens?

• Do you think these types of tokens are secure and reliable? if you want to participate how does it work?

• Post your articles in the Steemit Crypto Academy community. The participation time is between Monday, December 26th, 2022, 00:00 UTC to Sunday, Saturday 31th, 2022, 23:59 UTC.

• The article should be at minimum 500 words. You can write more. Your article must be free of any form of plagiarism.

• Participants must be appropriately following #club5050 or #club75 or #club100.

Conclusion
