Esteem greetings dear steemians, it's a great pleasure to be in contact with you again this week. we hope everyone enjoyed participating in the Week3 of our contest which was base on understanding blockchain technology In business and finance. we will be giving our summary of how things went during the contest window. In this summary, we will talked about, the valid, invalid, top3 winners and general performance of the contest

For last week, the contest was centered on Understanding Blockchain Technology In Business And Finance. In this theme, users where ask to answer the following questions

Explain in your own words, how the blockchain can be used in business and finance?
Explain in you own words the applications of blockchain in business and finance?
What is the goal of blockchain applications in finance and business and how does cryptocurrency affect business?
What is the future of cryptocurrency in business and finance sector. Also give some examples of blockchain applications that are being used in business and finance?

We are so delighted to receive wanderful entries to this contest theme as some users demonstrated and showed us their knowledge about Blockchain Technology In Business And Finance. However, though we got just few entries, we are glad that most of the entries were great and the users brought fourth great articles In regards to this subject area. Without further wasting time, let's go directly to the stats and nominations.

Statistics of the Participation

For the just-concluded week3, we have received a total of 23 entries within the contest's validity period. Unfortunately, 2 of those articles were marked invalid due to many reasons like, articles created outside the contest window, irrelevant articles, noncompliance with any club status, farming accounts and so on. No article was found to be plagiarized during this week. We will continue working hard to completely eradicate plagiarism in the Crypto Academia and hope to continue seeing pure and genuine contents. With the information given above, only 21 entries were considered valid. Let's see the table below.

Performance Distribution

Just like I earlier Said, most entries to this contest this week were top notch because 5 entries got a score of 9 and above, 8 entries scored between 8 to 8.9, 5 entries got the score between 7 to 7.9, 2 entries got average score of 5, just one entry got below 5 and 2 entries were registered invalid

From the metric above, We would like to encourage users who didn't score too high or who scored below average to improve on their entries subsequently.

We have come out with our selection of the top 3 users in the last week's contest on Understanding Blockchain Technology In Business And Finance. The selection process has not only considered grades alone but general engagement with other participants in the contest.
