Steemit Crypto Academy Contest Season 3 Week 2 [Summary] - My Experience Investing in the Crypto Market.

Hello Steemians, we have concluded the 2nd week of Season 3 for the Steemit Engagement Challenge in Crypto Academy. The week ran from 25th July 2022 to 31st July 2022. Our sincere thanks to everyone who participated in this contest. We all understand the aim of this engagement challenge in the Steemit platform and I believe we are achieving this aim.

The theme of the just concluded contest is "My experience investing in the crypto market". A topic that engaged users to share their experience investing in the crypto market. We are all investors in one way or the other and we all have encountered the various ups and downs of the market. To further engage in this theme, the participants were instructed to cover the following sections.

• Discuss your first experience investing in the crypto market.
• What is your first investment in the crypto market and what drives you to invest in the crypto market.
• Have you ever encountered any loss as a result of the instabilities in the crypto market? Discuss.
• What crypto assets are you currently holding? Why did you invest in them? Please take a screenshot of your portfolio.
• As an experienced cryptocurrency investor, Do you believe in Holding or Trading cryptocurrencies?
• What's your advice to a newbie investing in the cryptocurrency market.

Rating and Results

At the end of the 2nd week, we had 64 entries. This is lower than the number that participated in the first week. We encourage users to engage in these contests and share their opining about cryptocurrency technology. The distribution of the entries is as follows:

• 55 Valid entries.
• 8 Invalid entries.
• 1 plagiarised/ Spun content.

This can be further shown in the bar chart below.

2% of the users scored above 9 while 78% scored between 6 and 8.9. Also, 6% scored an average score of 5 while 0% scored below the average mark. Furthermore, 8% of the posts submitted were disqualified as a result of failing to meet the requirements to participate in the contest. This week, we were able to filter plagiarised content submitted by a user. This user has been warned and has been placed on the watchlist.

The average score of the users is 7.30. We encourage users to keep publishing quality and original content. The grade dispersion can be shown in the scattered plot below.

The table below shows the best 3 users who were outstanding in the contest. This selection was based on the quality of posts submitted and also their engagement and interactions with other users. This spot is open for everyone on merit and we will hope to see users compete for this position every week.
