And today I will be making my last assignment post on the crypto academy fixed class. And I want to thank the Professor for once again delivering a wonderful lecture.
So today I will be making my post on the following questions:

How do You Store/Secure Your Keys?

In a Centralised Blockchain system, a single entity is in charge of users transaction. This is quite different from what we have in a Decentralised Blockchain system where every user manages and controls his accounts and transactions. One of the disadvantages attributed to a Decentralised system is that no central authority overseas users transactions and as such any kind of user's negligence is detrimental to him and his account. This is because when a user losses his private keys or password, it might lead to him loosing his assets as it is always difficult if not almost impossible to recover lost transactions or even accounts. In other words, it is solely the responsibility of the user to secure his accounts and keys.

Every user has their own unique ways to store and secure their private keys in other to prevent hackers from invading their accounts.
I also have different ways in which I store my crypto based account private keys and password which include:

Documenting it in a diary only me can access
And saving it in a hard drive

What are the Different Forms of Private Key(Examples/Screenshot)?

There are different forms of private keys:

• Private keys
• Mnemonic keys
• Keystore file.

Private keys:
These keys are basically represented in English uppercase and lowercase letters with numeric keys and it's not always Swift to take off heart. As insignificant as these keys might appear, it plays a very significant role in user's transactions.

Private keys are somewhat difficult to be hijacked and it is pertinent that users keep these keys safe. And with it users have access to their cryptocurrencies. Communicators also use this keys to decrypt and encrypt messages.

Mnemonic keys:
This is also a private key in the form of a phrase, easier to memorise and readable unlike the private keys. These keys are basically 12 and above words long.
Moreso, these keys can be used for purposes such as restoring a wallet and generating user's wallet address.

Keystore file:
This is also a type of private key but different from the above listed two because it is dependent in nature. This is because these keys can only be used together with another password for a wallet to be accessed or restored.

Download & Install TronLink Wallet(Android/iOS/Extension)?

First of all, to download the TronLink wallet, I had to go to play store app to download the app as seen below.

Next, I completed the download and the app was ready on my phone.

I opened the App and clicked on the first option which was to Create Account as I was a new user and never had a TronLink wallet app in my phone.

Again I clicked on accept on the first page that opened afterwards meaning I accepted the policy agreement and the next option was setting up my account which I chosed my set name and also select the password of my choice.

Next was that I had to write down the Mnemonic keys that was given to me on my diary and provided the corresponding answers in the next page that popped up and that was all and my account was set and ready.

Mnemonic keys

I feel more comfortable with the Mnemonic keys for my TronLink wallet app because it is readable and very easy to take off heart. So I have to write it down in my diary and then store it on my mail after which I try to memorize it and have It at my finger tips incase of emergency.

Conclusion

Am very grateful for the class as I got to know more about different forms of keys and how it works and I also appreciated which key works for me in person.
Also, reaching to the task 6 of the fixed class today is coming with so much joy as I can comfortably say that I have learnt a lot and more from this community and am so grateful that I participated.
