What is TronLink and what is Tronscan? What are its uses?

TronLink

Tron link is a Cryptocurrency wallet that belongs to the Tron blockchain network. It is a decentralised wallet that uses public and private Keys to tag owner of each wallet. This wallet is a Tron wallet that is officially recommended by Tron network which was founded by Justin sun in 2017.

Tron link makes access to the Tron ecosystem easiler as it holds links to various decentralised application to interact with the ecosystem. The wallet support all forms of TRX token and it's was first launched on the Tron website as a chrome extension application now available on Android and iOS as APK too.

Tronscan

Tronscan is one of the decentralized application available on tronlink. Tronscan is the first search engine of the Tron blockchain. This search engine helps to give details of all transactions on the Tron network using the hash of the transaction to search for its details.

Tronscan as has an inbuilt wallet on it's website that allow it's user to receive and send token likewise interact with decentralized applications.

Uses of tronscan

• Tronscan is used to view the time and date of a Tron transaction
• It is used to confirm the status of any transaction on the Tron network.
• It has a web wallet for holding and transacting TRX token.
• It is used to interact with decentralized applications and for creating new token on the Tron ecosystem.

How do you verify a transaction status(including timestamp, resource consumption (bandwidth & energy), nos of confirmations) using Tronscan

To verify a transaction status using the tronscan, all you have to do is visit the tronscan website with the transaction hash or the address of the wallet involved in the transaction. To serve as an example am going to visit the tronscan website and verify the transaction status of the last transaction on my TRX wallet.

All I have to do is search for my TRX wallet address on tronscan, then click on the transaction to reveal all the transaction on the wallet address. Then I click on the last transaction hash to reveal the details of the last transaction.

What are the different dApps can you explore using the TronLink wallet?

The following DApps can be accessed via the Tronlink wallet.

1. Sun : sun is a defi for the swaping of stable coin and also for staking mining and self governance on the Tron ecosystem. Sun token holder also receives right to vote and earn in the sun community.

2. Justlend: This is a dapps of the Tron ecosystem that allow borrow and lending of crypto asset and they also support the deposit of funds for the purpose of earning.

3. Justswap: This is a dex with an open financial market that allow Tron user to swap TRC 20 token. This Dex is like the uniswap for Eth network or the pancake swap of bsc network.

4. Poloni dex: poloni dex is a decentralized exchange platform under the poloniex company that works just like the Justswap for the swapping of Tron token.

Other DApps includes; ,just, tronscan, bankroll, zkwapper and other.

Make a transaction(a micro-transaction) with Justswap using TronLink wallet

• To make a transaction on Justswap, I access the DApps on my tronlink wallet.
• Then I choose the token i want to swap to and input the amount then click on swap.
• Then I confirm the details of the transaction and click on confirm swap
• Then I authorize the transaction by confirmation of the contract agreement
• Then I click on confirm to complete my transaction after inputting my password.

Conclusion

The Tron ecosystem offer a relatively cheap and fast access in the Cryptocurrency world and these it creditability is been proven. There are various DApps on the Tron blockchain network and the Tronlink wallet which is it's official wallet gives access to interact with all of it DApps. For all transactions made using these DApps or other transaction made on the Tron blockchain network, the Tron scan is the block explorer that helps to ensure transparency of the blockchain by giving transaction details on all transactions.
