No. The Academy beginner's courses are in two categories. We have the fixed courses and the dynamic courses. Each of them have different eligibility criteria. See something below;
FIXED COURSES (You need 50+ reputation and 150SP to be eligible to participate).
DYNAMIC COURSES (You need 55+ reputation and 200SP to be eligible to participate).
So from your standings now, you can only participate in the fixed courses for the meantime in order to build your reputation to be able to participate in the weekly courses.
If you need the links to the fixed courses,I will advice you to visit Prof @sapwood page for them.

Participate in the newcomers community achievements, there are many initiatives from different communities so you can increase your reputation and participate, also you can take the fixed courses, just make sure you have at least 150 REP. Hope to see you soon in the dynamic courses.
