In order for an investor to know which of the cryptocurrencies to invest in, it is expedient for him to also understand the profit or interest,as well as the loss associated in such cryptocurrency. Many at times we face difficult situations while investing because we fail to understands some rudiments and principles involve in crypto marketing.
Firstly, I'll start by explaining what Risk Aversion is all about!
WHAT IS RISK AVERSION?
Risk Aversion is the process of avoiding risk or outcome that are detrimental to the uncertainties involved while making a trade.
Personally, I am a kind of person who fears the unknown. Uncertainties while trading has made me to be so careful with every decision and transactions I made while trading in cryptocurrency. But when I start trading on Bitcoin, I discovered that most of the times it is those with high tolerance to risk that made great profit. From then on, I began to constructively taking risk where necessary in trading.
So I'll say that I have more of a Moderate Risk Tolerance than an aggressive or conservative tolerance to risk.
I chose Bitcoin as a cryptocurrency because, first, it is secured and realistic. It has a 50-50 chance for gain and loss. Its uncertainties are low compare to other cryptocurrencies, but unlike stable coins, it has high volatility in price. The outcome monetary value of Bitcoin is either low or high depending on the changes in the price in the crypto market.
I feel comfortable in trading on Bitcoin, in as much as I know that the outcome of the uncertainties while trading will not be favourable. Having a Moderate tolerance to risk has helped me a lot while trading on Bitcoin as a cryptocurrency.
FIXED SAVINGS:
It is a process of depositing money in a bank or in any financial organisation for a given interest in a specified period of time. It is a transaction that permits the investor to invest his fund for a fixed time at an agreed interest, in which the interest is paid at the end of the investment period or time.
It is said to be the safest investment, in the sense that the investor don't stand the risk of losing his funds due to depreciation in market value or stock crash.
It is reliable and open in the sense that the investor can know his average percentage yield even before the end of the investment. Fixed savings has higher rate of interest more than any investments or savings.
FLEXIBLE SAVINGS
This kind of savings can only be done by cryptocurrency investors. It is said to be the exchange of crypto through a platform called BINANCE.
BINANCE is said to be a crypto to crypto kind of investment, in which the cryptocurrency investor earns his interest when he sells his cryptocurrency to another investor.
Flexible savings allows its investors to buy and sell cryptocurrencies in the crypto market. This systems allows only cryptocurrency investors to make profit while trading, in the sense that you can loan your crypto to another investor and then recieve your interest in return.
HIGH RISK PRODUCTS
The kind of investor that operates in this kind of investment are those with high tolerance to risk. They are comfortable with high uncertainties and it sometimes favourable to them.
However, in the crypto market, an investment is said to be a high risk products when it involves a high risk activities such that it may lead to failure or loss.
But most times high risk activities that associated itself with high risk investments do yield to high profit or interest. Like the saying goes, "the higher the risk, the higher the gain".
LAUNCH POOL
Launch pool are said to be a platform where investors can invest before the investment fully commenced or proceeds. It is the mechanism that gives the investors clearer view on how to invest, the cost, the opportunities, and the risk involves in the investment.
Is like a demo which is done in a specified time before the investment is fully defined.
