The blocks are not divided. In halving, the block rewards are reduced by half and not the blocks themselves.
L BNB = 0.0669463537 BNB = 0.0670 BNB (3 s. f)
Rounded down, this would be 0.0669 BNB.
Feedback and Suggestions
You should try and understand the concept of halving better. Seems some concepts were misplaced.
Understanding would make your explanations clearer.
