Welcome to another crypto academy week and today I went through @imagen lecture and I will be writing on the assignment which demands that students create their own blockchain project.

I will be as creative as possible in the post but will be stating that everything written about this project is a figment of imagination but will look scalable in reality.

Background

There are several reasons to travel from one location to another such as for Vacation, Business Meeting, Tourism, Medical treatment and so on. It is more convenient to travel interstate or between two or more countries by flight to road. Also, people will like to get a place to stay while on their trip but while it is easy to book for a flight using your country fiat currency, you will need to convert to a foreign currency to pay for the hotel and other recreational facilities. Also in the country of visit, paying for cab will require exchange your fiat for the foreign currency (country of visit).

Exchanging money can be very stressful and since the government keeps devaluating constant, most country's currency is losing value consistently. With this, a decentralized, transparent and easy means to pay for travels as well as hotels and cab is needed.

ABOUT TOUR MILES INCORPORATED

Tour Miles Incorporated, registered in Malta is has partnered with over 10,000 hotels, and 2000 airline and had over 5000 cars in 150 countries. Tour Miles incorporated has been in existence for 15 years and has been helping with bookings of hotel, flight, and cabs for tourists and for locals in different countries. Tour Miles seeing the difficulty in payment for booking as a result of foreign exchange constraints and has decided to launch the Tour Miles Coin (TMC) which will facilitate easier payment for flights, hotels, Resorts, and cabs.

Tour Miles App

The Tour Miles App will be a decentralized application where users will have their private keys to themselves and will not be stored by Tour Miles Incorporated. The Application will give access to all hotels, airlines, resorts, eateries and cab companies that accepts TMC. For ease, there will be a general name which will be the deposit address eg ajewa, Tour Miles Incorporated, etc, thereby making it easy for payments to be made, also, the app will allow barcode payment for ease of payment.

The Application will have the incentive for using paying with TMC as well as for referral. For every coin spent on the app, 0.5% will be given as incentives/payback and will get 1% of referrals spending.

Coin Allocation

A total of 1 billion coin will be minted/created. The coin will be distributed as follows.

• Incentives: 20%
• Marketing: 10%
• Infrastructure and Development: 10%
• Team: 10% [Locked for 5 years and resigning before this period means automatic forfeiting of coin]
• Partnership and Endorsement 10%

RoadMap

Q2 of 2021:
Creation and launching of Beta Version of Application, getting testers to test the features and detect bugs.

Q3 of 2021
Token Sale which will have three phase and will last in the three months in Q3.

Q4 of 2021
Discuss with partners as well as increase number of partnership.

Q1 of 2022
Launching of Mainnet application as well as listing on Major exchanges.

Q2 of 2022
Creation of internal exchange to allow for easy purchase of TMC with credit/debit card as well as trading with other coins.

TMC aims to be sold at $10 in 5 years as the Ecosystem will become larger with more innovative updates.

Token Sales Fund use and Token Burn

Funds gotten from the token sales will be used for the development of the project and 30% of the token sales will be kept as backup incase of an emergency funding.

Transaction fees gotten while paying for flight, hotel, eateries, and cabs as well as fee gotten from deposits which sum up to be the company's profit. 20% of profit will be used to purchase coin and Burn coin so as to reduce the inflation rate.
