Greetings to you hope you are doing well. Thanks for sharing your point of view with us. Yes sure many people come with the age of 25 to 44 and many people come new but the handling startegy is not good now. We can't see more greeter to help the new users. Also it's good change to make a live pool with FAQ to introduce a well to others about steemit.
