Aunque me queda la duda con respecto al ancho de banda que compramos ya que por lo que e leído según eso se consume primero que el ancho de banda que se repone cada 24 horas.

En cuanto a la energía si es obligatorio congelar TRX ya que en muchas oportunidades no se puede culminar alguna transacción , y es por qué se consume y no te das cuenta así que de hacer falta tendrás que quemar TRX.
