As we can understand from the name, the value of these cryptocurrencies is worth a penny. Cryptocurrencies usually less than $ 1 are given this name. Cryptocurrencies are usually worth less than $ 1 when they first come out. We can even say that when it first came out in Bitcoin, it was a penny cryptocurrency.

Penny cryptocurrencies can earn great amounts to their investors as a result of good research. Because their prices are susceptible to high volatility. Within a day, their prices may change by more or less than 50%.

Advantages:

• As we said before, it can bring a lot of profit in a short time.
• Due to its low price, everyone can easily invest.

Disadvantages:

• High changes in price can cause us to take a loss.
• If you invest without doing a good research, you can be scammed.

2.For you: What will be the best Penny to invest in this 2021? Explain and show evidence.

Nowadays, many altcoins are entering the penny cryptocurrency category. The penny cryptocurrency Chiliz (CHZ) is my interest and focus. Chiliz coin is a coin with solid foundations in my opinion. Targeting the sports and entertainment industry, the coin has managed to show itself by gaining serious value in 2021. Their agreements with major football clubs were a big factor in this. As I said, this coin, which has a sports and entertainment theme, has investment projects in almost all sports branches as well as football clubs. There are even projects in the field of e-sports.

The main purpose of Ripple is to quickly transfer large amounts of assets and money. Ripple is a powerful cryptocurrency. It is among the top 10 cryptocurrencies in the ranking of cryptocurrencies.

In the screen picture below, we see the market chart of XRP.

A bullish trend started on 09 November 2020 and increased its value by 666% by 26 April 2021. After April 26, 2021, a bearish trend has started. Despite this bearish trend, we see that its value on November 09, 2020 is still more than 300%.

I am not considering investing in XRP right now. Because there is a bearish in the entire market right now. But in the following days, when this bearish period returns to the bullish period, I can make some investment.
But for those who risk losing some money, it's a nice buying point.

As I said in question 2, when I invest in a penny cryptocurrency, it becomes Chiliz (CHZ) coin. This is because it tends towards sports and entertainment. We can say that the coin deals with many big football clubs. We can also say that Chiliz has created its own ecosystem in this way. If we do a simple technical analysis on "Chiliz"

As I said before, thanks to the trend it caught on March 1, 2021, it increased its value by 1500% for the year.

Chiliz is a coin with a bright future. I think it will come to very good places thanks to the new agreements it will make and the innovations it will bring in the future.

I will share with you how we can invest in Chiliz (CHZ), the details of which we have given in question 4, and the investment I have made.

That's why we first enter the home page of the FTX exchange. Then we follow the steps I showed with the screenshots.

Step 1

• We are entering our membership in the FTX exchange.
• Then we click on the "market" option from the area I showed with the box.

Step 2

• On the screen that appears, we click on the "Spot" field that I show with a box. The coins that we can buy below are listed after clicking.
• From here, we find Chiliz (CHZ) and click it.

Step 3

• After choosing Chiliz, we enter the amount we want from the area I show with the box on the screen that appears.
• If you want, you can buy directly from the "market" option here. Or, we can purchase at any price we want with the "limit order" option.
• One of the good things about FTX exchange is that you can buy coins directly with your USD balance. I enter the amount of USD here and make a 5 dollar buying.

Step 4
