Question no 1:

Write the definition of Decentralized and Centralized Exchange in your own words.(definition should cover exchanges ,not system) only explain in your own words, after understand the exchanges.

Decentralized Exchange (DEX):

Decentralized exchange is a decentralized system. This system is a system in which a company, organization or 3rd party is not an intermediary. In this system, each user makes his own decisions of his own free will. It is a system where its users are completely free and offers the opportunity to invest whenever you want. And in this investment, it can trade according to its own request, without any rules or restrictions. As a result, they can save or invest in their own wallet as they wish without entrusting their money to anyone else.

Central Exchange (CEX):

In centralized change, it would be correct to say that the opposite is the case. In this system, the user cannot trade as they wish. Wherever the user wants to make a change, he has to follow the rules of the rate. If not, it is likely to encounter certain limitations or problems. In short, a third person or organization intervenes while doing your business. And you have to follow the rules of this 3rd party or organization.

Differences Between Decentralized and Centralized Exchange:

• You can trade quickly without any verification on decentralized exchanges, as you wish, at any time. But this is not the case with centralized exchanges. Central exchanges have a user verification process and a time to verify documents. You cannot trade without performing these verification processes.
• Generally, all trades are free of charge on decentralized exchanges. However, in the central exchange, the user must pay the specified fee for each trade. These systems charge both the seller and the buyer.
• Decentralized exchanges are more secure than centralized exchanges. Because there is only one server in central exchanges and it can be hacked. However, decentralized exchanges work with the blockchain system and cannot be hacked.
• There is no uninterrupted trade in central exchanges. Because there is a server and this result needs to be maintained at certain intervals. However, this is not the case with decentralized exchanges and you can trade year-round without interruption because there is no server that needs maintenance.
• Central exchanges have a larger trading volume than decentralized ones. Because investors generally prefer centralized exchanges. One of the important things we have to say about volume is; The larger the volume of an investment or cryptocurrency in any exchange, the better things will be and give good signals to its investors.
• Central exchanges are easier to use. Centralized exchanges can be used by almost anyone, but decentralized exchange is difficult to use and those who are not well versed may find it difficult to use it.
• In decentralized systems, there is no identity information or any other document verification as mentioned above. Protecting user information is provided with passwords. However, in central exchanges, user information is stored on a server and KYC is used.

Binance:

In fact, if we say that we don't even need to talk about the "Binance" exchange, we are not wrong because it is an exchange that has proven itself to all users. The underlying reason is reliability. Today, the reliability of crypto money exchanges is very important. Because in the past days, news of the country where I live, which is more than the users of the capital stock of the companies and organizations who stole dolandırıp investors in Turkey is the cuff. For this reason, trading on the world's largest cryptocurrency exchange like “Binance” feels more reliable for every smart investor. Apart from these, this exchange is very easy to use, both on a computer and on a mobile basis. It has a nice interface and does not tire its users. Everyone can handle all their transactions without difficulty.

Bittrex:

SBD trade is one of the things that makes this exchange important to me. Since I have been an active user recently, my work at bittrex is generally related to steemit. In addition to these, the variety of cryptocurrencies is also very high and this makes it one step ahead of other exchanges, of course. In addition, although it is not as high as "binance", it is among the exchanges I like to use on "bittrex".
