To start with, I will like to throw light on Steem, SBD, and Steem Power(SP) for better understanding.
Steemit is a platform that was established in the year 2016. Unlike other platforms, in steemit you can upload your own content after sign-in in a form of a post. With this, a complete explanation of Steem, SBD, and Steem Power tokens are as follows:

Steem

Steem is a cryptocurrency that compensate users for adding to the steemit community by uploading and upvoting valuable content. It is also the most basic currency on the steemit platform. When we post in the steemit platform, it reward us with steem tokens.

Steem Power(SP)

SP is the abbreviation of Steem Power. People with more SP always have more influence and they also gain long-term benefits for holding higher SP. As the name implies, the more SP one have, the more power your account will become and the more you will have to post, comment, and vote. 15 SP is been credited into your account at the initial stage of sign-in which you can make up by posting and/or putting in steem power. So as it is, the value of your vote(s) increases with effect to your SP. Half of the money you get on post goes to SP.

Steem Dollar(SBD)

SBD is the abbreviation for steem dollar. SBD is also a currency on the steemit platform which has value more than steem.
In relation to steem, the more SBD you have, the more steem you will get when it is been converted. SBD is the reward we get on steemit.

Explain the difference between [SP, STEEM, SBD]

As explained above, a person becomes influential and powerful on his/her account if he/she has more SP. This can be as a result of posting, commenting and voting on posts. The more power you have, the more benefit you get when you vote on someone's account.
Steem is the basic currency on steemit, and also the steem currency is the center of steemit. SBD is the reward we get on steemit when we make a valuable post on steemit. SBD has value more than steem and it can be converted to steem.

TRX, TRC10, TRC20 tokens

TRON(TRX)

TRX is a coin of the tron foundation. It hasn't been too long since they joined steemit. And it is designed in a way that, the more SP you gain, the more TRX you will be given.
Example: if account A get 50 steem, then he/she will will surely get 50 TRX, which has its own price in the exchange market.

TRC10

TRC10 is a token which does not require a Tron Virtual Machine and is supported locally by the TRON Blockchain.

TRC20

TRC20 is a network mainly used for smart contracts on the TRON Blockchain in the implementation of tokens with tron.

Difference between TRX, TRC10, and TRC20

Tron is a basic/main token in TRX. TRC10 tokens work on TRON only when you pay for it. TRC20 is a token used for the implementation of tokens with tron on the TRON Blockchain.

Which exchange are you familiar with where both STEEM and TRX are listed?

Even though there are many exchanges, what I am familiar with is Binance. With the Binance, both STEEM and TRX are listed there. In this exchange, you can pair STEEM/BTC, STEEM/ETH. Also, you can pair TRX/BTC, TRX/ETH and other currencies.

How important is the use of Memo while transferring STEEM from Steemit wallet to an Exchange wallet, do you essentially need a similar memo for transferring STEEM from Exchange wallet to your Steemit wallet?

When steem is transferred to an exchange, it will require your address and memo. Since the memo identifies your wallet, where it is, and which tokens are going. Example, When you try to put a steem from Binance exchange in your steemit wallet, you will be asked for a memo with address, before the transaction can be done.
