Do you know that our tears are of three types?

Tears are produced in gland on the back of our eyelids. And it is known as a lacrimal gland. Along with water, tears additionally contain enzymes and proteins that protect our eyes.

Tears are of three types :

Type one is Basal Tears. Do you be aware that we always have tears in our eyes? These are the basal tears that don't flow from our eyes, however they have the gain of maintaining our eyes moist. Due to which there is no dust in the eyes and our eyes are smooth and bright. Due to salts and enzymes in the it protects our eyes from micro organisms etc. Which we keep away from eye infection.

No 2 Reflex Tears:

Reflex tears are additionally referred to as irritant tears. And these tears are produced when any particles get into our eye for any reason. The cause of these tears is to dispose of particles that enter the eye.

No 3 Emotional Tears:

Emotional tears relate to our emotions. And these tears are produced by using our eyes in happiness, sadness or any other emotional situation. It is believed that the production of emotional tears also releases the stress hormone cortisol in our body. This relaxes and refreshes our minds. This capability that whatever tears they are, they are beneficial to us and our bodies.

Why are our tears salty?

Have you ever tested the tears flowing from your eyes when you were a child? When I was once in BA, my head of Islamic research informed me that our tears are salty when we cry because of some pain. However, this is happiness. They are sweet. Now I don't understand how much truth there is. Our tears are salty due to the fact our bodies include sodium chloride, which is crucial for many body functions that are vital. Sodium conducts nerve impulses in our body.

Due to which all our senses can work. Apart from this, sodium additionally helps us in muscle construction. Whereas chloride is a necessary component of our stomach. Which helps in our meals digestion by means of making HCL.

Tears naturally incorporate salt. This is why our tears, which are salty and salt, defend our eyes. This is the reason why when you are in a lot of melancholy and tension, you cannot work and loosen up till you get rid of them. Indeed, tears are a blessing from nature to us via which we can relax ourselves and keep away from melancholy and anxiety. So sit down and cry for something you are concerned about, it will release your tension.

The last element I would like to mention is that regularly we see human beings crying in TV dramas and movies. However, these are synthetic tears, but the viewers become emotional and in reality shed tears. Indeed, this is a reality and there is also laughter on it..But I pray that only tears of happiness drift from your eyes.
