One thing I take from the story is the need to take care of oneself. I mean, life is largely about doing work; otherwise, how would we survive, right? But getting overly involved in it nowadays can lead to misery.
Another thing is the frustration people feel when being blocked. They often mistreat their partner and children. That's why it's important to identify such moments, in order to act better.

I totally agree with you. It's so easy to forget about caring about oneself. We should work to live, not live to work.
Those lost years if it comes to enjoying life one will never get back.
It's good to set a foot outside, to meet, great, enjoy the sun and the fact we have family and are allowed to just sit and do nothing.
Once blocked, including blocking family,friends, it's hard to break that circle.
