You reminded me of when I bought my first home in India and planted different varieties of big roses of different colors. They all bloomed at the same time and stayed bloomed for a long time but once the life span of the flower was over they took a long time for the next blooming. Now, I have no bigger variety in my garden but the regular ones which keep blooming in every season.
