| Oh Wald, du stirbst so lautlos, so leer, Ein Anblick, der mich erfüllt mit stummer Beschwer'. Deine Bäume neigen sich dem Ende entgegen, Ein Schauspiel, das mich erfüllt mit tiefem Zerschlagen. |  |
 | Kein Flüstern mehr, kein Vogelsang, Nur Stille, die durch die leeren Äste drang. Das Waldsterben, ein düsteres Mahl, Wo die Natur erlischt, im erbarmungslosen Strahl. |
| Die Luft wird dumpfer, der Himmel bleiern, Dank des Waldes Ende wollen wir feiern. Kein Hoffnungsschimmer, kein Lebenshauch, Nur eine trübe Leere, die uns umgarnt im Rauch. |  |
 | Die Erde bebt stumm, die Menschen erstarren, Beim Anblick des Waldes, dem wir noch harren. Denn in seiner Zerstörung, so kalt, Liegt eine Warnung, die bald verhallt. |
| Lasst uns begreifen, die Natur zu umklammern, In all ihrer Pracht, auch wenn jammern. Denn im Waldsterben liegt eine bittere Prüfung verborgen, Die uns mahnt, die Zukunft uns neu zu besorgen. |

Forestirony
 | Oh forest, you die so silent, so void, A sight that fills me with silent sullenness, annoyed. Your trees bow towards the end, A spectacle that fills me with deep, shattered mend. |
| No whisper more, no bird song, Just silence, through the empty branches, a long. The forest dieback, a grim repast, Where nature fades, in the ruthless blast. |  |
 | The air grows heavier, the sky turns leaden, Thanks to the forest's end, we are keen to burden. No glimmer of hope, no breath of life, Just a murky void, engulfing us in strife. |
| The earth trembles silently, people freeze, At the sight of the forest, to which we still seize. For in its destruction, so cold, Lies a warning, soon to be untold. |  |
 | Let us grasp, to embrace nature's might, In all its glory, though we may fight. For in the forest dieback, lies a bitter test untold, Urging us to secure anew the future, bold. |

In your words, a shudder unfolds,
A darkness deep, a hopelessness untold.
Many souls in silent suffering dwell,
Death awaits, in line, a tale to tell.
Trees and ecosystems in a slow decline,
Moving towards a fate, a somber sign.
Yet, the numbness within, unable to feel,
The impending demise, the world's appeal.

This is awesome... Just a pity most forests die because people/governments chop trees to replace them for solar fields, wind turbines good for killing the last bit of animal life.
